Does Hand2Note work with PartyPoker? I just created a new database specifically for some Party spin and gos and imported a bunch of spins, but although hands imported ok, I'm not seeing anything in last tournaments, and unable to select hero.

PartyPoker is no longer supported officially, since they prohibited all HUD at the tables. You should still be able to manually import hands and review them in popups and results, but we did not update it in a while and probably will not do so in the near future.
Also please note that the hand history is anonymous and you will only see Hero and Player 1-9 as nicknames in your database.

Go to: Configuration (F12) / Game Types and click “Reset to default”, then re-configure and click Clear and Build stats in the main program window.

Hey guys.
I've been using hand2note with PPPoker, playing mostly PLO5cards and HU 100% of the time.
I know that PPPoker is kinda weird and with lots of bugs, and I was losing the first two hands of the session 100% of the time, but besides that, my hand2note was working decently until two days ago.

Today is monday, but since saturday I noticed that something isn't working quite well in my hand2note.

Everytime I open a table and the HUD is supposed to open, the RAM usage goes to over 6gb and the computer starts to stutter, screen freezes and takes time to work again, finally the hand2note(90%) or the pppoker(10%) closes.
I noticed that it happens even if I go to the "Edit Hud" and "Preview" the hud, without the pppoker open as well.

I already updated to the last version (3.3.1.22)
Did the "Clear Stats" + "Build Stats"
Did the "Configurator" --> "Game Types" and "Reset to default"

The problem was happening 2 days before the update, the update didn't fix.

All softwares that I use are updated and installed in SSD, Win10 just updated, everything is organized and working with no malware/virus. I just defrag/trim my HD/SSD, uninstalled everything that doesn't need, cleaned registry, removed nvidia overlay, and other tweaks.
I could reinstall PPPoker but the HUD problem happens even when I'm reviewing a hand or previewing HUD in the hand2note.

I could reinstall hand2note, but I have a big trauma of losing database/hud, that would be my last resort.
Anything I could do besides reinstalling?

I have a ryzen 5 3600, gtx 970, 16gb of ram (3000mhz), etc.

I managed to fix it, after hours of trying multiple alternatives that includes reinstalling, trying new configs, disabling virtual acceleration from BIOS, and getting in contact with the live chat support from the website, it seems that I f was able to fix.

Long story short: I use multiple monitors and my "Configurator" --> "HUD" --> "Extend HUD beyond table rounds" was: 9999 x 9999, dropping to small numbers fixed the issue

I'm posting it here, maybe it can help someone with the same problem

Just a fyi for anyone out debating the gt hud. I bought the adaptive hud, and it does not work on 888, pokerstars aurora, or betonline. Only one it works on for me is WPN. I have not tried any other sites. Also good luck getting support

My question is: will this affect range research?
If I want to solve this problem should I clear stats and then rebuild stats?

H2N works with these rooms, as the default hud works

GT-HUD the adaptive one is the one I bought for the month, only works on what i said above which is WPN. Rest of the sites the hud will pop, and no stats will show. Only the amount of hands and aggression along with whatever they showdown. If i switch is back to the default hud on these sites, the stats will show. I have the latest update, I have done all suggested things. I am going to try a different hud I guess and see if that works. Sent from my SM-N950W using Tapatalk

ADAPTIVE HUD is a very complex dynamic profile, so it does not need to be compared to the default HUD)

The default HUD is completely static, so it can work where positional / dynamic HUD may have problems.


Send us the Hand2Note folder in the zip or rar archive.
The folder is located on the path: C:\Program Files → Hand2Note

Before making an archive, delete this folder: C:\Program Files\Hand2Note → logs

Upload the archive to any convenient file sharing service (Dropbox, for example) and send the link to support@gthud.com or skype.

hey guys, I noticed some weird bugs in my last session
All softwares are update and running as administrators. It all happened yesterday, but today the numbers changed.

What happened:


12 hands --> get doubled


still 12 hands



The "Sessions" window for the day was not showing my session (like I played 0 hands), after "clear+rebuilding" it was showing negative numbers!

The main window at hand2note had my *nickname* --> *NetWon* increase in the day, but way less than it was supposed to be. And it is really weird because the "Sessions" was displaying negative numbers.

Today I restarted the hand2note and it is saying $1076,45 in NET WON and $1076,45 in EV, which is even more weird to have both numbers equal.
It was supposed to bet $2k+ in profit for the session, but I know it missed the important last hands, but it is showing different numbers in different days, and today it is net=ev. which is pretty much impossible.

It is specially tilting because I play mainly $2/$4 and $3/$6, and when I take shots at $5/$10 this happens

I really don't wanat to have multiple currencies, is there a way to convert all to be same?
I never played in any other currency game.
In fact, I didn't even play 4 cards PLO, it was a random bug that displayed 19 hands in 4 cards plo at $2/$4.

You can set currency conversion in Configuration -> Other options -> Currency to be 1:1 USD to Yuan, this will solve the issue. However it will only work if you're playing only on Yuan rooms.
Also, PPPoker module is currently in beta, so there are more updates with various fixes coming soon.

Playing tournaments on I-poker, 6-handed and 8-handed tables. When I move players hud on one table, it moves hud on the other too, and I cant position them so that make any sense on both tables. Can you separate table types, so hud on each table moves on its own. Thx

On Ipoker all tables are recorded as 10-max in the hand history, regardless of the actual table size, so there is a problem in that.

Players in hand 0 - 10
Table size 0 - 10

Then everything will work)
