I play on PokerBros and have used Asian Hand Converter. Does H2N not support these hand history files? I can't seem to get any of my previous hands to import.

Will you be adding support for these types of files? It's very sad that so much silo-ing and incompatibility exists across poker software. It's like once you have a combination of software that you like, you can't replace any one of them without changing the rest...

As far as I know, some converters can convert history to the desired format. Try contacting your converter support.

I am unable to run rangeresearch on aliased players, i cannot even run them when using custom color code.
All stats appear --
I am able to run it for everyone, but not color or alias
It correctly reports number of players found though.
is reg/is fish, vpip/pfr etc base parameters work properly.
I am doing this for other players not hero.

There is also another issue, when the main h2n window is open and i double click on a player it opens the popup, but if its an alias, nothing happens, no popup opens.

Using analytics from pokerpopup, they also tried but it did not work.

Did multiple clean reinstalls, new DB, even installed H2N on a completely different PC which never had h2n before.
But nothing worked.

The creator says he has .1.2 version and it works on it properly, mine is latest .1.4

Hi, have you tried the same thing with a different base? For example, take a base from a friend who has everything working.

Yes used different base as well
Tried with create a simple RFI stat and running rangeresearch with alias, while it worked for all.

That also did not work.

They suggested I tried exporting from my HEM3 db and then importing to H2N--some new hands were imported when I tried this, but certainly not all of them. I'm guessing that the format is still not the desired one as well, as the player names are displayed as "PlayerXXX", where XXX are numerical digits.

It seems the problem is associated with specific websites. Rangreresearch using alias / color code works correctly on pokerstars players
But if any of the player is from an Indian site ( adda baazi spartan ) then it wont work no matter what the base is or even for simple stats.

How to fix this?

I'm using the latest version of Hand2note. Over the last few days Hand2note seems to freeze my entire screen for about 20 seconds, sometimes worse, last time it happened I had to shut down my PC. What happens is that my table on Pokerstars closes and the HUD stays on the screen. I thought initially it was only occurring when I ran it with Starscaption but it also happened when I ran it with Starshelper.

Is anybody else experiencing a similar issue or has a similar issue occurred before?

Thanks, but maybe not necessary. Looks like the issue might be related to PokerStars itself, because I'm having the same issue when I run PT4.

some of my HUD is not directly on the table but beneath the table, could this cause an issue by any chance?

Do you use firewall / antivirus?

I am facing another problem with H2N and pokerstars zoom

If i am playing only stars ZOOM it works fine
If I am playing everything else but not zoom it works fine
But if i play zoom and play couple of normal tables then h2n doesnt work, shows no hud, or existing hud gets stuck.

I am also facing problems getting ********** hud to work, and most of the people i spoke with also are not able to get baazi working. Sometimes the hud starts but then freezes or just stops working and restarting poker client/table does not help either.

Thanks, but I think the problem is solved. It looks like it was just a hardware issue, my onboard graphics card looked like it wasn't performing well, so I added a proper graphics card yesterday, have had no issues since.

this is happening to me also. cant get a hud to work on zoom at all. always start everything with admin. live support doesnt show on website also.
