I see the GT Hud advertised in this thread quite often. Just want to warn any potential buyers, they have really poor customer service, just trying to get a simple answer to a simple question mulitple times can go weeks if not never answered. I also purchased a lifetime license for it which apparently now i have to buy again to update it to work on stars. (As far as i know anyways, they wont answer that question)

Hand2note on the other hand i have no complaints about, there staff and support has always been very helpful and fast in responding.

weird, I tried their HUD for a month and that was not my experience

The hud itself i found very good until now, doesnt work anymore. Its all been thru skype I send them a message on tuesday they answer friday, I respond right away with a follow up question which was finally responded to about 1 hour ago, telling me i need to pay again even though i allready bought the lifetime option. To be clear pay for a new profile was there response. Which fair enough i guess. Most products do not charge you to update there existing product to be following the TOS of a site, this one does and i guess they are free to do so, but competing huds defientely are not. Just beware that future charges even after purchasing the lifetime license are very possible.

Once again this is not H2N allthough they do advertise this product. The customer service with h2n has been exceptional in my experience so far, about 2 year customer.

Hi, unfortunately, our Skype was temporarily not working. Now support on Skype has resumed.

Our packages are is sold for any poker rooms, and not ONLY for PokerStars, so we had to add a new HUD profile for PokerStars, which is sold separately.

All updates will be added for free as part of the PokerStars HUD project. The same applies to any of our projects, that is, we add updates absolutely free and do not take any money.

I also want to remind you that we have a good knowledge base, where any of the users can solve the problem on their own without waiting for a response from the support in Skype. It is also possible to send us a question by mail to support@gthud.com

I bought a hud to play on Pokerstars, I didnt buy it to play on other sites. When i bought it you sold it to play directly on pokerstars and other sites. Now you are not updating that hud so i can continue to use it and are asking me to buy another one.

What if Party changes things up and it doesnt work there in the future? are you going to abandon it and create a party profile to sell seperately? How bout 888?

was wanting to give the edge version of this software a try but i literally cannot login. Reset my password multiple times and it just gives me a error 400 when i try to log in

The allinev overall is not correct. One example is when i had 60% equity, the allinev still declined as if i had 40% equity.
Oh, and in the hand above my allinev went down with 100% pot.
