How do I remove the free trial that is expired? It slows down my PT4 everytime I load it.

Hi,
I am trying to copy all these pop ups in to new tabs on my main popup to use with range research. Is there an easy way to do it other than copying and pasting every tab from every popup?

Dear Support,

When will the update available to fix the winamax problems? I reported them more then 3 month ago and the problems still exists.

I find it strange, when I spend money for 3 subscription and sepnd 6+ hours to find the bugs and report them to the supprt, but nothing happend until 3 month.

Does anyone use this with Ignition? I really want to use this program but when I try to import the converted ignition hands they come in all strange. Like with opposite values. I tried using the ignition ace converter and converted to PT4 format. I tried again and only half the cards imported, i get strange results every time. Is anyone successful with using this program on the converted known hole cards converted to PT4 format? How can I get it to work? Thanks.

1.) It is just a proposal. Actually, you should not play in these rooms if you do not want. But all these rooms are very similar to PokerMaster and usually, everyone who plays on PokerMaster is interested in them.

2.) If you have found a solution for PokerMaster based on a third-party converter and the beta-version of Hand2Note 3.2.3.9+ then the license is not needed. Currently, we have disabled it.

3.) Our support is always happy to answer all your questions. But, the release date of the next update is not known exactly because it depends on the success of a beta test phase. As soon as the problem is resolved, you will be able to see the summary on our website:

I have another :

There seems to be a 5 hour difference between H2N and where I live (if I start a session at 1 AM it's gonna say I started it at 8 PM the previous day), and sometimes the EV Net also doesn't match what I see in HM2, how can I correct that?

I'm having two problems with Hand2Note

1 - When I go to see my graph it only shows Net Won, even though when I click on the settings icon, everything is selected. How can I make it to show All-in EV / Won at Showdow / Won Without Showdow?

2 - In my HUD I've the Stacksize in BB stat, and everytime someone goes all-in and wins, next Hand that player has 0 stacksize. Only after one hand it refreshes to the correct size. Any way to fix this?

Not sure if it matters but I play in PokerStars.ES/FR/PT
