One other thing, I downloaded the program and did the install. It asked me to reset the computer which I did, but the program doesnt seem to have installed. Has anyone else had this issue?

I'm struggling with "fold to cbet" stat.

Default stat is not correct because bets of all villains in the spot fall under the filter.

Default pokermaster stat is restricted by only 2 players on flop. In that case no doubt it works but I need a common stat for any amount of players in the spot.

Using this on ACR, noticed a couple things wonder if you can help with..

I am playing two tables, and the HUD isnt showing up on the 2nd table. It shows up fine on the first table. (I am doing auto import from both Pt4 while running and also I added a directory from ACR as well from its Hand Reports)

I imported my hand history from PT4, but all of the hands didnt import over to H2N. Is there a way to fix this?

1.) If you use auto import from side tracker's database HoldemManager 2 (HM) or PokerTracker 4 (PT) you don't need to add a directory from ACR in Configuration->Auto Import. Please delete it.

2.) Could you please send to support@hand2note.com the hand history sample where we can see the problem?

1. You can use Hand2Note in unsupported poker rooms if you have found a hand-history converter only. In this case, you need to enable HUD based on converter hand history in Configurator --> HUD:



Unfortunately, I can not advise you a particular converter for this room.

2. If you want to use HM2/PT4 and Hand2Note simultaneously you need to Adjust auto import from side tracker's database HoldemManager 2 (HM) or PokerTracker 4 (PT):

a) in Configuration -> Auto Import enable "Auto import from side tracker's database"
b) select your working database of HM or PT. Hand2Note will import hands from this database instead of taking it from folders of auto import.
c) ensure that you started HM/PT while playing at the tables and activated selected database in it.

So I have it only going through PT4 right now, but its still only showing up on one table. Is there a fix for this?

and others but I always receive this error:

You should really issue a complete guide on the syntax it is the most interesting feauture of H2N and without it it doesn't feel right to even sell the edge subscription, or at least just be honest and say clearly to users that they'll need to buy some private coaching to fully use the software.

While i agree in parts, Hand2Note Guides are really lackluster and great potential is wasted by not making some features more accesiable but i think you shouldnt be so offensive before using your own brain

I have a problem on PM with H2N on one of my accounts and only that one. H2N tracks hands but the HUD don't show up on the table while it works properly on other accounts/emulators open at the same time. I have tried to reinstall different things and create new DB but it doesn't fix it. Any known issues or solutions?

It is a false positive. As you can see on VirusTotal.com, all the leading antivirus scanners did not find any problems.

You may notify the problem to the vendors producing the erroneous detection, they are the only ones that can fix the issue.

Please add Hand2Note to exceptions of your anti-virus software.

When I have a villain as the selected player and pull up the replayer it shows my stats and the other player's stats but not the selected player's. How do I show this player's stats in the replayer?

It would be a lot easier if I could, for example, right click on any player in the main-screen list and have a view hands option in the context menu.

While I'm here a couple more random things:

1. How do I filter the hands list to show only hands with known hole cards?
2. For reading info at a glance purposes, don't you think it makes more sense to colorize the players based on whether they're hero or villain(s) instead of a different color for every position in Hand View?

Why is the settings menu for the replayer so nauseatingly blurry compared to the crisp colors of the replayer window itself?

Not complaining but why would you design it this way? It's not practical or aesthetically pleasing. It's nauseating.
