- I'd like it if the name of the currently selected range was displayed somewhere near the range matrix (if the range has a saved name to display). The reason is because, as it stands, if you have a lot of saved ranges, especially if some aren't too dissimilar, it can be easy to forget which one you have selected. Right now the range isn't even highlighted in the list after double-clicking to load it up. Currently my method to double-check which range I have selected is to hover over all of the ranges I think it could be until I find the one that "doesn't change" with the hover. It can be tedious. But explicitly displaying the name and/or having the name remain highlighted in the saved ranges list even after it's been loaded seems an easy solution. The space between the slider bar and the "Pocket", "Broadway", "Suited", etc buttons seems like a good spot to display the range name. (Although I'm realizing that that might not be enough to display the full path in some cases. I have quite a few folders and subfolders with different names but then the range names inside them might be named for position and thus have the exact same names, if one doesn't account for the full folder path. So maybe the range name could be displayed abridged in that blank spot below the slider, but then one could hover there to display the full path name of the range.)

- While hovering over a saved range name in the list, in addition to temporarily displaying the range in the matrix, it would be nice if hovering also displayed the % and combo number of that range so you could see those numbers at a glance without having to actually load the range.

- I'd like the writing in the light grey font to be several shades darker. Specifically, just above the slider it might say, for instance, "152 combos in preflop range" - but it is VERY faint. Especially at smaller magnification sizes, it becomes very difficult to read. The part that says "Press CTRL+TAB for detailed matchups" is another example of this too-light font, although that one isn't as important since you only have to read it once.

- Please add a confirmation step before deleting a range. I haven't accidentally deleted a range yet with a single misplaced click, but it's going to happen someday, and when it does, I'm going to be very upset.

That's all. Thanks for listening.
Ok, thank you for the feedback.
I will see what I can do here for later releases.

Hi Scylla,

I'm trying out the FlopzillaPro version and it looks good so far. However I don't quite understand why you wouldn't allow us to resize the window. The zooming in/out feature is good but sometimes you only want to see the "Starting hand" section. For example when doing some work of preflop range work you don't really need the "Board" section and I personally would rather just make the window smaller so that I can use the screen space for something I actually need.

Your products are awesome but denying the user of this kind of control over it's product for no apparent reason is pretty frustrating to me.

If resizing the window is possible in some way then I apologize! I can't seem to be able to at the moment at least.

I also second this^^^, I mean I can make do but full control of window sizing irrespective of zoom would be nice

Ok, I will see if we can make the windows resizable as well.

Great work with the Flopzilla Pro Scylla, really liked it.
One feature I would like to see is EV/FE calculations of different lines based on the information that the software recieved. I know that i'm able to do EV calculations via CREV but theres a way to sync the data beetween Flopzilla and CREV for that purpose? and in general is there a chance that alongside the EV output we could see the FE% based on our inserted folding range for each range?
Hope I was clear. Thanks!

You can sync Flopzilla with GTO+, which is to a large extent CREV2.
It can do most of these calculations (depending on exactly how you define certain terms).

Hey scylla!

I am trying out FlopzillaPro and it seems great. But I got one Problem:
How can I import text based Ranges? In Flopzilla it was ctrl+P but now this does not function anymore.
Also the import of predefined ranges under Settings does not function.

Otherwise great product. Thank you.

Do you mean that you have a text block with ranges?
It's probably easiest if you mail them to support.
I will provide you with a fast method of importing them.

I'm experiencing a weird issue related to this (screenshot is at 100% zoom):

As you can see the window gets cut off at the bottom, meaning I can't access some features (like renaming a hand range). It seems to only happen when I start zooming in/out, when I launch the program everything is in place but as soon as I zoom in/out this happens.
Around the 200% zoom mark I can see roughly half of the rename & delete range buttons. As I zoom in they appear, and as I zoom out they disappear.

My workaround right now is to zoom to the desired %, and then reopen the program (it opens at the same zoom % and displays the whole window).

Just thought I'd let you know, feel free to dm me if I can give you any kind of logs or anything.

Does the screen also revert to the correct size if you switch back and forth between multiway and single range mode (or if you use the arrow icon in the upper left of the interface)?

Hmm yes it seems to be the Enlarge Window Downwards button that does the trick. As you can see I don't have that enabled when I took the screenshot.

The only issue I could have now is that this feature doesn't work very gracefully, ie when I choose Stop enlarging window downwards it cuts the screen off in a pretty awkward way. But it's pretty much a non-issue!

Ok, thank you for letting me know.
I'll check if perhaps the resizing part of the code is slightly different from the "enlarge downwards" part of the code.

@scylla

Are there any predefined ranges to download?

Predefined ranges are usually very subjective; what works for one person will not work for another.
Also, a great deal of context is needed for ranges to be useful.
It's for this reason that it's not really possible for us to offer standard ranges.
Instead, we offer the ability for our users to create their own.

Dear:
Could someone tell me where the Equity option is on the Flop, the Turn and the River?
I can't find this option and the software only shows the Equity at showdown.

Thank you very much to all!

Currently this is not available in FlopzillaPro; only Flopzilla v1. I will consider it for future releases though. Please do note though that you can get really close to these equities by adding a dud board card. For example, if the flop is Td9d6h, then adding a 2s turn will get you really close to the turn-showdown equity.

PRO VERSION 202:

I am sorry but I can not figure out how to add ranges in your pro version.

I need to know how to add a main category: COACH - then sub category: open, 3 bet, 4 bet etc … then add another main category: EP - then a sub category open, 3b, call utg open, etc …

What is the grouped range? How do I add that?

I looked on your website for manuals or how to videos to no avail.

Click on the new category to select it.
Then click "Add category" to add a sub-category to it.

Drag+drop to change the order of categories/ranges.

Click on the arrow icon (upper left) to enlarge the window downwards.
Click on "Apply groups".
Set groups in the matrix as you see fit.
Click on "Add range" to add your grouped range.

Is there a way to drag and minimize the right side so that only the left side of flopzilla is showing? It's taking up too much space and I only need the left side for now. You use to be able to do this in the old flopzilla.

In trying to move flopzilla to my new computer I can't request a new key as explained on your website. There is no "register" tab as you listed but a tab for "HoldEq" (at least in my registered version).
