It's for preflop, postflop doesn't come into play.

Well, if you could mail a more detailed description (in this case the ranges, and possibly dead cards) to support, then I'll take a look at it. Usually these types of situations become clear when all the details are known.

Hey scylla
Just had a feature request not sure how simple it would be but I wanted to know if you could make a "single click" option when opening ranges instead of double clicking
thanks either way!

Ok, I will see what I can do for later releases.

Hi, Scylla, I hope everything is fine up there! Can we have an option to remove draws from "no made hand"? Or maybe add a new category/sub-category called "Total miss" or something like that?

It would be nice to see as "no made hand" just pure AIR, hands non listed in any other categories, because if I'm already seeing them as draws It seens redundanct also have them in "No made hand", specially if we are trying to figure out continue ranges vs flop bets/fold equity and stuff like that.

Thank you

Ok, I will consider adding an option along these lines in the next update.

Do you plan to make a Shortdeck/6+ variation of flopzilla?

New to flopzilla just purchased it yesterday. is there any way to get other peoples saved ranges. To learn from also I noticed I don't see anything. About the position, the player is playing from. Is there any way of doing that like in equlib.

Method 1
The ranges are stored in the file newdefs2.txt. Copying that file from another user to your installation directory will be enough to transfer the ranges. Most likely, the installation directory will be C:/program files (x86)/Flopzilla/Flopzilla.

Method 2
An alternative method for exporting ranges is having the other user go to "Save/Load->Export predefined ranges" in Flopzilla's menu. You can then import the ranges on your end with "Save/Load->Import predefined ranges". When using this second method please ensure that the text field is copied exactly as it's exported. If it's stored in a manner that adds/removes/changes characters (Microsoft Word will do that) then it may not work.

I think you will find a lot of interesting information here: https://www.splitsuit.com/how-to-bui...s-with-example. Ranges are also available on this website, and the context to go with them.

I've got a registration issue. I reinstalled Flopzilla (v1.8.5) on the same Windows 10 desktop that I've been using it on until the other day; it's got a new hard drive, so I'm essentially starting from scratch. When it boots up there's a message about the trail having 0 days left ... but then the Flopzilla windows just closes right down after a few seconds. I thought you're usually able to get into the program and enter the hardware ID and registration window, etc., but I can't get into it at all. I added it to Norton's firewall exception list, so I don't think it's an antivirus problem. Any idea what's up? :/

EDIT: I figured out that you can add the regkey.dat file (attached to the confirmation email) to the main Flopzilla directory in the "Program Files" folder. That seems to have cleared up the error message about an expired license, but it's is still shutting right down right after the message "Starting Flopzilla. This Window will close in 5 seconds." Indeed it closes, but nothing else happens. Arrg.

Keys are tied to a computer's configuration. Given that your configuration has changed, your issue will most likely be resolved with a new key. You can request a new key on the website: www.flopzilla.com/requestkey.html. The form is automated, so the new key will be sent to you within a few minutes of the request. If you have any further issues, then please send a mail to support.

Silly me, should have payed more attention. There was an option to "Add to current list instead of replacing". Sorry about that

Having problem with resizing the window on the right or to the bottom. So, not able to see the hotness list or the matrix at the bottom. I have HP's Spectre xp360 convertible laptop, Flopzilla screenshot attached. Any help is appreciated.

This is because Windows doesn't allow a window to be larger than the screen itself. So if your screen is 1200 pixels wide, then any window can be at most 1200 pixels wide. To get around this, turn ON "Settings->Use Horizontal scrollbar" and "Settings->Use Vertical scrollbar". This will activate scrollbars so that you can reach any part of the interface.

Hey scylla, I'm currently learning python and a poker-related problem came up. Basically, the final code was able to calculate the chance of five random cards having a certain rank. So basically this was the final result, which is super close to other sources which just use basic combinations (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Poker_probability)

So I figured, plugging in a 100% range in flopzilla and not selecting a board, should give me roughly the same numbers right. So I'm wondering why they are so far off. Am I overseeing something? Do you use different approximations? Do you not enumerate all possible boards/flops if you don't assign a board?

Your method includes the board. For example, in the approach that you're using, JT on a 322 board is considered as "one pair", whereas we consider it as J high.

Ah ofcourse that makes sense, and is much more useful for considering playability ye, thx
