You need a separate key for each computer.

Keys can be requested on the website: http://www.flopzilla.com/requestkey.html
They will be sent to you within a few minutes of your request.

Since v178 HoldEq can now also be started from Flopzilla by going to "HoldEq->Start HoldEq".
I've already replied to your mail with more specific instructions.

Hi scylla. I tried to send letters but they do not reach. I was forced to change the Windows but then the Flopzilla stopped working. Two previous file key is not suitable for the program. What do i do?

Return to trial mode?

I've done this procedure but I do not post came a letter in which the key.
I wrote to support many times but never received an answer, maybe my letter does not reach them, and blocked.

It sounds like your mails are getting deleted by a spam filter.
Support will always answer your mails within 24 hours (and usually much sooner than that).
Could you try mailing from a different address please?

Yes, your ranges are stored in the newdefs.txt file (or newdefs2.txt in case you're using beta v181).
You can also share ranges by using "Save/load->Export predefined ranges" and "Save/load->Import predefined ranges".

It should take less than 5 minutes.
However, it's always possible for a spam filter to have deleted mails here.

If that does not work for you either, then please mail support with your hardware ID and we will generate your key for you manually.

Finally got the licence key on my email, tried deleting the regkey.dat file from the CardrunnersEV folder and saving the one i got on my email got an popup window message saying that my licence key is corrupted.

For the first time ever, when I just reinstalled the newest version of Flopzilla, it did not recognize that I already paid for the product and says I have -1 days left on my trial. I don't remember the email address I used to set this up as it was a while ago and I have several email accounts.

What do I do? I've definitely purchased the product and used it. If I give you my personal information, etc - Can you help me?
