What exactly mean that 90.1% of the time while having those options enabled for that particular holding?

It means that in 90.1% of the cases you will have at least one of the holdings with a checkmark in front of it.

Is it possible that Flopzilla may run bad on windows 10? It goes into "Not Responding" pretty often.

I don't see why that would happen.
Have you tried setting an exception in your virus scanner?

I disabled Windows Defender and it seems to be working fine now. I'm guessing nothing needs to be done with Windows Firewall.

I have a request. Can you provide details on the file format used to "Export save file as forum/e-mail text block"?

I want to be able to generate the ranges, board, and starting hand from another tool and see the statistical breakdown in Flopzilla.

I'm afraid at the moment I don't have time for this.

Yes, an external program was indeed the most likely explanation here. Thank you for letting me know it was Windows Defender. It should help with providing support to other people who might encounter this issue.

Looks like a false positive by Sophos.
Here's the results for 51 different virus scanners on virustotal:
https://www.virustotal.com/nl/file/1...9de7/analysis/

It indeed appears that out of 51 virus scanners, Sophos thinks it sees something.
I'll see tomorrow if they have some sort of method for reporting false positives.

Thank you for the feedback.

Flopzilla is software for Hold'em.
The exact variant won't matter.

When I select a starting hand (and no board cards) are statistics that show up that of any random flop? Also if so, how would I also calculate for a random turn?

Yes, it's averaged over all possible ~20k flops.

I might add such a feature in a later release, however, it would be nothing more than a curiosity. I don't think there's many practical things that could be done with this data.

Hey Scylla,

I'm having an issue with the import save file from forum/email text block. I can't seem to paste anything into the text box. I can type in the textbox and copy things inside the textbox, and paste them in other places; but I can't actually paste into the textbox. I know I can copy and paste, because I tried it on a browser url bar and also a word doc. Any thoughts on why this might be?

It sounds like Windows is not properly applying focus to the box for some reason. Have you tried right-clicking the box and selecting "Paste"?

Ok, there's two versions of Flopzilla available at the moment: v176 and v178.
They can be downloaded here: http://www.flopzilla.com/download.html

If one doens't work for you, then please try the other.

Turns out it was an error on my end.

I have webroot security (antivirus program) installed in my computer, and for some reason it blocks 3rd party software to access the clipboard. If anyone else has this issue with Webroot, just temporarily shut down Identity Protection. Or you could just get rid of a semi-crappy antivirus program haha.

Sorry for the hassle Scylla!

Hi, I have a very large flopzilla database and I want transfer all the data to a new computer/hard drive so I don't have to input everything again. How do I this most effectively?

Also, I purchased Flopzilla years ago, how many computers can I run the license on at a time? is it 2 computers like hm2, etc.?

Got email reply:
All your ranges are stored in the file newdefs.txt.
So all you need to do is copy that file.

It’s 2 computers.

Thanks

Hi Scylla - how possible is it to add some functionality such that I can categorise a range into different colours
i.e I have a 3 bet range of x - which is blue
flatting range of y which is red
etc etc

Ideally there would be another button so that a specific colour can be filtered, or deselected - and this is integrated with Hold Eq

I know you are busy with CREV at the moment, and I suspect this would be quite a major change, but it would be cool......

Hi,

That's already possible.
Just right-click the category/range to change its color.

Cheers,

Scylla
