You should make sure that HoldEq knows Flopzilla's location on disk.
And also make sure that you have the latest version of both Flopzilla on HoldEq.
Other than that, if you're still having trouble, try uninstalling Flopzilla and reinstalling to a different directory.
And of course tell HoldEq where the new directory is.
Other than that, the only thing I can think of is that you may want to set an exception in your virus scanner for all .exe files in the Flopzilla and HoldEq directories.

I believe I've done this previously and re-watched the setup video:
* holdeq is ran as administrator
* flopzilla is set as administrator
* flopzilla is set to allow connections from holdeq
The signal icon just flashes and then stops with no connection.
Anything I could do or be doing?
