If you attach a weight to a starting hand of, for example, 33.3%, then that hand will only be included 33.3% of the time.
Example 1: No weights
See the savefile below (import into Flopzilla with Ctrl+I; you will need Flopzilla v1.7.1 for this):
The range contains AA,22 on a Js8d5d board.
Therefore, given that there's 6 combos out of a total of 12 that are overpairs, the range contains 50% overpairs (as you'll see in the statistics section).
Code:
[Flopzilla v1.7.1]

Example 2: AA has a weight of 33.3%
In the second example AA has a weight of 33.3%.
Therefore there's only 33.3%*6=2 combos of AA and 6 combos of 22.
So now only 2 out of a total of 8 combos are overpairs.
And indeed, in the statistics section you'll see that you now only hold overpairs 25% of the time.
