I'm working with a checking range and I'd like to remove the big flushdraws...

this is the range filtered so far

however as you can see a excluede some holdings from the flush draws... so instead having 4 combos ok KQs KJs and QJs I should have 3

What am I doing wrong?

You need to use a "Delete" symbol instead of the "No filter" symbol:

The "No filter" symbol that you currently have simply means that the flushdraw stat is not giving specific instructions to let the hand pass. But should some other stat let it pass (in this case "no made hand"), then flushdraw has no objections. The "Delete" symbol on the other hand means that the flushdraw stat is specifically instructing that the hand needs to be removed from the range, no matter what any other stat says.

I created a lot of ranges and saved them. Now I want to see for example, SB 3-beting range vs BTN calling 3-bet range in some boards. How could I do that?

HoldEq
For this you need HoldEq.
You can download that here: http://www.flopzilla.com/holdeq.html

HoldEq is an equity tool that is capable of connecting to Flopzilla. For what you're trying to accomplish, you will need to let HoldEq connect to 2 instances of Flopzilla.

Instructions
So, run HoldEq and also open up 2 instances of Flopzilla.

Now, press one of the connect symbols on HoldEq's interface:

After this, mouse over one of the Flopzilla windows.
HoldEq will now be connected to that window.

Now connect to the other Flopzilla window.

And by doing this, you have connected HoldEq to both Flopzilla windows.

Whenever you make a change in any one of the windows, the other windows will notice this and adapt their input/output. So for example, if you change the board on one of the Flopzilla windows, you will see that the board on both HoldEq and the other Flopzilla window will change as well.

Run as admin
You will need to run HoldEq as admin for this to work though. If you need instructions for this, please read "Connecting to Flopzilla" here: http://www.flopzilla.com/holdeq.html.

When I try to run Flopzilla after installation I get a virus warning from Avast and it moves a file to the chest. Afterwards I get the message "Critical file missing". Run installer again, repair Flopzilla but that triggers Avast again. What is this virus warning all about? Suggestions to make Flopzilla run anyway?

The virus warning that Avast gives is something along the lines of "Heuristic".
This basically means that the file is very new and there are few users within its community. Given that the file has only been up for a few days this is one of the little glitches that are to be expected.

I've already requested Avast to whitelist the file.
If the issue persists I'll post an update.
For now, please just set an exception in your virus scanner.
Alternatively, you can uninstall and use the previous version until the issue is resolved.
You can download that here.

Also, I'll mention this issue on the website in a few hours from now and post the above instructions.

I paid for Flopzilla two days ago. Since then i requested a key twice and also messaged the support , but i didn't get any replies.

It's weird the way your business works , i was charged on the spot , but to get my product i have to keep sending messages , so you don't ignore me.

You're not being ignored. Either your messages are being deleted by a spam-filter, or the replies are (some spam filters auto-remove messages without giving any warning). Please try e-mailing one of the backup addresses or try mailing support from an alternate e-mail address. Go here for a list of backup addresses: http://www.flopzilla.com/contact.html (under "No reply within 24 hours?" on the right).

Sure, that's not a problem.
You can simply request your key for Flopzilla here: http://www.flopzilla.com/requestkey.html
And you can request your key for CardRunnersEV here: http://www.cardrunnersev.com/requestkey.html

Cheers,

Given that I don't know which account to look up there's not much I can do here.
It's probably easiest if you contact support so that I have access to all relevant information.

Hi,

I was looking at KK today and noticed that there is 0% for flopping two pair. I checked all other pairs and got the same results.

This doesn't make sense.

Please explain.

Thanks!

(Other than this the program is fantastic!)

I checked HM2. 21 out of my 138 flops with KK were two pair.

Is it because you don't consider paired boards when counting two pair?

So for AK to be two pair, there has to be both an A and a K on the flop.

If the flop was K22 with the AK, it would be counted as TPTK?

That is correct.
So AK on a 322 board is counted as a high card.
And AK on A22 is counted as top pair.

Well, I've never heard of that error, so I'll need to contact the company that creates the installer software. For now please use this .rar version of Flopzilla:

Hello scylla,

After I updated Flopzilla to v1.7.1, HoldEq can not detect my Flopzilla windows. I have double checked everything; flopzilla is running as admin, I have checked the "Allow connections to HoldEq" and I have made sure HoldEq has the right location of Flopzilla stored.

As I was typing this I realised I hadn't checked if there was an updated version of HoldEq (seen as it doesn't auto detect new versions as Flopzilla does). It turned out it was a new version out and everything worked fine again after downloading the latest HoldEq version.

I figured I could just post this anyway in case anyone else runs into the same problem.
