If "Clear mode" (upper left) in ON, then the range will replace the range that is in the matrix.
If "Clear mode" is OFF, then the range will be added to the current range.
I have created a range then 2 sub ranges, IE HU Defend range ---> vs 2x, vs 3x, I would like to create 7-8 ranges each have 3-4 sub categories, how can I do this without the ranges being saved on all the same parts?

Ok I kinda figured it out, am I able to easily edit those stored ranges? If I edit them I can't seem to get them to resave over the original ranges

Hi Scylla, I recently purchased your program and it is one of those rare programs that make my dick hard. With that said, I may have an improvement (forgive me if this already exists...). If there where a way to filter out certain hands once a flop turn and river has been dealt such that you could view someone's value range vs their bluff range, I'm sure it would cause panties to drop.

Thanks,
Johnny

Hi JohnnyBeef,

You can filter hands postflop with the postflop filter system. For that watch the video "Video 2: The filter system" here: http://www.flopzilla.com/video.html

It's also possible to filter for suits before the flop. For that see the video "Bonus video 1: Suit selection".

Hi Syclla,

Is there a quick way to select 2 card backdoor flush with overcards only, in the filters?

I guess the only way right now is to right click 2crd bckdr fd and manually remove the undercards?

Cheers

Edit: Ok so I think I figured it out.
Right click on the 2crd bckdr fd statistic to lock/set the filter, then hover over the overcards stat.
It will then show you all the overcards in the 2crd bckdr fd range.

But is there now any way to keep only the overcards?
I can only remove the overcards by pressing "c" while hovered over that statistic.

Is there an "invert" option, so it keeps only the overcards but removes everything else?

You could just right-click the 2crd bckdr fd popup to fix it.
Then manually select the overcards as being filtered.

For more on the filter system, please watch the video "Video 2: The filter system" here: http://www.flopzilla.com/video.html

Thank you.
You'll need a new key for the other machine.
For that, please contact support.
If you're not getting a response from the standard support address then possibly your mail is getting blocked.
In that case, please mail one of the backup addresses:
stoxpoker_ev @ hotmail.com
crev_flopzilla @ hotmail.com

Yes, that's not a problem.
Just mail support with a request for a new key.

When ever i try to copy/paste a range from Pokerstove or Equilab I get a msg saying

"Failed to read input field
Please check if you have correctly copied the entire text block"

It seems no matter what i do I get this msg. I also tryed to type a range manually in the import window but that dosent work eather.

That import field is for importing savefiles and predefined ranges.
An example of such a text block would be the one below. To import it, press Ctrl+I and paste it into the input field.

Code:
[Flopzilla v1.6.5]
[Use Ctrl+I to import into Flopzilla]
[Spnwfyp0q4kCJ9wv2Qkh4RcpvQHkCnrXn6UwTEGBv9GBFe78pj]
[aSu+A82enoWI8vEnzNiIAMSnk6PF6hNpOj5YoLsemUovk2JGg9]
[9Gr9S6DVMyHI7u44nMdOIdjgkzkjYWtLXESKMw0cToCLl2qANq]
[UF3PGhWi6DPhqtIptROUphf3CTUKv2HiwBGxd4YVtmto3dRjC9]
[4Tux31RXDNbBEec2KOSNKHueXPdLqSAhwRYEmdpZh]

To import a range from PokerStove/Equilab/other, click the "Range" button to the upper left of the starting hand matrix (it's to the left of where it says "Starting hand").

Hi there!

Don't know if this was even asked before but I would find pretty pretty useful to group different hands into different categories once the flop is generated. So let's say I have my OR from the SB and BB calls so flop comes and I want to distribute my hands into different groups (3streets bet/2streets bet/CheckCall hands/CheckRaise Hands and so on...) If we could group them with different colours and have a brief idea of what relative percentage would each group represent in our OR range I would find this a superb tool in order to make our postflop ranges more accurate and balanced.

This would be an auxiliary tool for the Hand Category Filter wich is awesome.

Anyway, this is just a suggestion.

Thank you for your time!

Regards

Hey,

I just downloaded a trial version and got a few questions.
Does a trial version have a little bit less options than a full one? For example I can't see flopzilla logo to calculate how a range hits undefined board.

Thanks in advance

There's indeed some restrictions to the trial, however, I'm fairly certain that the "undefined board" feature is available. It works a tiny bit different than in the instructional video though. The Flopzilla logo no longer needs to be clicked. Whenever you make a change to your range Flopzilla will automatically detect this and calculate the stats for you.

It sounds like somehow the input field is getting corrupted.
Another way of sharing ranges is by saving your friend's newdefs.txt file to your Flopzilla's main directory.

Hi everyone,

As of 1/1/2014 I have released a new equity tool that (in the future) will work together with Flopzilla. It will have the capability to auto-import whatever range is selected in a Flopzilla window. Currently the tool is in public beta. It can be downloaded here: http://www.flopzilla.com/holdeq.html

The working title for the tool is Holdeq, although I'm open to alternate suggestions.

See below for a screenshot.

Cheers,

Scylla
