GTO+ and FlopzillaPro should automatically detect each other.
In GTO+, you can set the port under "FlopzillaPro->Configuration".
And in FlopzillaPro the port can be set under "GTO+->Configuration".
Should you have trouble connecting, then try rebooting your computer.
This usually resolves any issues.

Thanks for you reply, but I can't find the GTO plus option on my Flopzilla, I have the latest version 1.8.6 right?

For this you need FlopzillaPro.
FlopzillaPro can be downloaded here: https://www.flopzilla.com/flopzillapro.html

FlopzillaPro is free for all owners of Flopzilla v1, so it's already included in your license.
You can simply request a key here: www.flopzilla.com/contact.html
It will be sent to you within a few minutes of your request.

Hi scylla,
When using the equity graph tab for visual comparison beetween the ranges is there a way to switch beetween the ranges by clicking on the opposite range graph? it would be much more comfortable rather than clicking each matrix every time, and also will allow to explore the equity differences beetween each hand in the ranges.

Hello,
I don't understand how can I connect HoldEq with FlopzillaPro. I've installed HoldEq but it still a trial version.

FlopzillaPro no longer uses HoldEq, but instead offers a new method for multiway calcs:

If you still want to use HoldEq, then please install and activate Flopzilla v186: www.flopzilla.com/download.html

At the moment, to switch ranges, you need to click on the small matrices in the upper left.
We can consider alternative methods for future releases though.

Your Flopzilla ranges are stored in the file newdefs2.txt.
This will be in the same directory as Flopzilla.exe.
Most likely this will be C:/program files (x86)/Flopzilla

Copy this file to the directory for FlopzillaPro.
Most likely this will be C:/program files (x86)/FlopzillaPro

After that:
1) Start FlopzillaPro
2) Go to “Settings->Import preflop ranges” in its menu
3) Select “newdefs2.txt”
4) Click on “IMPORT RANGES”

See the screenshot below.

  • Lastly, being able to apply 2 groups to a single hand (split colors) would be great
Either of these possible as of yet scylla? Both would be extremely useful if not

To add names to groups, click on the "Options" button.
To create split groups, drag the desired group colours into the mixing bar at the bottom of "Apply groups".

PS:
My apologies for my late response. I did not receive a notification mail for this post from 2+2, so I only just realized that a question had been asked.

Hi scylla,
Is there a way to add numeral scales and names to the X and Y axis of the equity graph tab?
Another question is if theres a way to zoom in the graph for deeper examination of the graphes?
Thanks.

Not at the moment, but we can consider it for future releases.

With most hands on most flops it's possible to create a straight with two more cards. The added value of backdoor straights is very small, and selecting filters manually based on them (not) having a backdoor straight draw might be a bit cumbersome. If possible, please consider using GTO+ instead. GTO+ can automatically figure out the optimal way to play, and will take care of all possible details for you. It's also capable of exporting its data to Flopzilla. For a video on that go here: https://youtu.be/YuRsCQajRBA

However, I was curious, because a lot of the "main" flop floats that we calculate are backdoor flushdraw and backdoor straightdraw together. i.e. TJhh on A95r with one heart.

Would there be any way to consolidate both statistics into one as a sort of separate stat so that it would be quicker to filter for the main flop floats we expect our villain to have? The only problem I have with filtering by backdoor flushdraw by itself is that most people don't just float all of their backdoor flushdraws. Or perhaps two overs and a backdoor FD as well. Would be great if this could be in a future update.

Thanks again!
Hy scylla,
I support the request for a BDSD filter. As you wrote it is possible with most hands on most flops to create a straight with two more cards. I would mainly be interested in a filter for combos that have 2 outs to improve two an OESD + 2 outs to improve to a GSSD with both holecards used (like JT on A95 just like "Waking Up" described)
I woud really appreciate it if that could be added to flopzilla.

Hi scylla,
When I configure grouped range and want to use it, is it possible to choose more than one group to appear in the matrix? for example I have gourped range for 3b and calling groups and the 3b range divided into bluffs which are 3b\f and value group are 3b\c for 4b, I want to choose both of the groups to appear in the matrix but I cant make it happen. How can I do it for both GTO+ and Flopzilla?
Thanks.

Are you referring to the preflop grouping system? For this, drag the colours that you want to use into the bar at the bottom of the "Apply groups" menu.

Yeah I know that, what I meant is if I can use more than one group in the main matrix. Here's an example:

Let's say I grouped this example range as I liked and now I want to merge the blue group and the orange group (the middle and the right range) into one range in the main matrix which I will use for my work with GTO+\flopzilla, is it possible?

Not at the moment no, but I can consider it for later releases. For the moment, if you want a workaround, then I suppose you could load the first group, copy its range string from below the matrix, load the next one and then paste the previous string back into the edit box.

Nice solution, though I think that applying this feature will be very useful. Also I think that having the ability to weight each group color by suits will be insanely useful.
As always thanks for your support.
