Question about flop ranges....

I see you can filter for all A-high hands given the flop and opponent's range.... is there a way to incorporate K-high, Q-high, and J-High hands as well?

-Thanks

I'll see if I can do something here for the next update. In the meantime, you can also edit the "no made hand" condition and select such hands manually. For this, just right-click to fix the condition and select whichever hands you like in the matrix.

Maybe someone can help me here: I seem to be misunderstanding something about GTO+. When I put in Range 1, it's first to act preflop. However, range 1 acts again postflop when range 2 should be OOP and acting first on the flop. What am I doing wrong?

Thanks

edit: I also notice, next to where you can tick for card removal (upper right), that I'm missing the tree and folder icons, etc. Were these removed or is something wrong with my version. I uninstalled the 1.1.6 beta and installed 1.1.5 and they're still not there.

Range 1 is OOP and range 2 is IP for postflop play.
So please try using their relative postlop position.

It sounds like perhaps your computer screen is too small to contain the entire interface. Can you try turning ON "Settings->Screen resolution can be below 1600x900"? After that, you may need to restart GTO+ for the changes to take effect.

@ scylla: Awesome. Both problems resolved for me.

Hi, Scylla.
Pokerstars makes changes to the allowed programs during the game.
From this it follows that the use of matrixes with ranges in Flopzilla will be banned if a Pokerstars client is running, can you confirm this?
Will there be a proper Flopzilla update in the current situation?

More integration between Flopzilla/HoldEQ and GTO+, please.

From my understanding we already comply to the upcoming PokerStars T&C, and have already had communications about this.
Should there be any developments, then we'll post an update within 24 hours.

I'm about to download Flopzilla. Maybe this is a silly question.. but does this software require internet connectivity? In other words, would it work on a standalone (air-gapped) laptop? Or maybe even off of a USB? I will be unable to install it on my work computer, and our firewall blocks all things even remotely considered "Gambline sites". Ok, it looks like a great piece of software. THanks.

I just downloaded/purchased/registered Flopzilla, and there are 2 things not working. Toggle to combos doesn't work (whether I hit Tab, or select it via the Commands menu), and when I hover on a statistic, it doesn't light up in purple. I'm running version 1.8.5 on Windows 10 home (64 bit)

You will need internet connection the first time when activating the software. It will check from time to time after that as well, but within any reasonable use this should not be a problem.

Can you try entering a flop? Preflop the combo toggle will indeed not work, given that preflop there's not really such a thing as combos (to a certain extent there are, but they are huge abstract numbers that are only used in internal calculations). The same applies to mousing over statistics. Postflop, when mousing over "top pair" on a K82 flop, simply all K hands will light up. But preflop basically any hand can turn out to be top pair once the flop comes. So it would mean that mousing over any statistic would cause the entire matrix to light up.

Entering a flop fixed my issue. Thank you much.

Why are there no combo draw statistics on the turn?

To see the overlap between statistics, simply mouse over them.
Or enlarge Flopzilla's window downwards to see the overlap matrix (see pic below).
More options will be available in the next update, however, this is currently not available yet.

I mean, why don't they exist under the statistics column like they did OTF?
Currently, when I get to the turn, if I want to include only combo draws I need to manually filter them, correct?

We offer several methods for looking at overlap. One of those is that on the flop we list a selection of the possible combo draws. At the turn however this is often not as effective for various reasons that are related to interface design. More options will be available in the next update however, so please check back for that.

I guess it's obvious to others, but...

In the statistics section, I see:

flushdr.(2 card)
nut fd(1 card)

Just to confirm...the "x card" refers to how many I have in my hand of the flush draw suit, right?

Flushdr.(2 card) refers to having a suited hand on a 2flush board (for example KhQh on Th4h2s).
And Nut fd(1 card) refers to single card nut flushdraws on a monotone board (As2h on Ts9s3s).

Scylla, in Flopzilla is there any option to Group bRanges Post flop? For example, with which combos could X / R, cbet, or X / C and group them in different colors? It is a good tool to build PostFlop ranges.

I ask you if this function could be compared with the "nodelocking" function in GTO +.

The only problem with GTO + is that to check things instantly is a non-optimal tool.

This will be available in the next update.
However, such a feature is unrelated to nodelocking, which is something entirely different.

Hi, scylla, when I use holdeq does hotness map work correct for the ranges? Or I should use it only when do range vs hand analysis, but not range vs range with holdeq?
