Is it possible to make the ranges text box on the left hand side wider bc i have a ton of ranges that are similar in the first few words then different towards the end but the right hand side of the narrow namebox cuts off the last few words, also and the range name doesnt show if i hover the mouise over it ? see pic

Also would be awesome if i could make folders to sub section the various ranges into , is that possible cheers, cool program btw

<folder ranges> to backup preflop rankings
<newdefs.txt> to backup all my custom made ranges
< ??? > to backup when I click <Store current filter setting as default>
<folder undo> to backup my quicksaves / hand last time Flopzilla was used

Will everything work like now when I copy to & replace them in new installed Flopzilla folder?

When I'm clicking on the '2crd bckdr fd.' the only backdoor flush draws that are appearing, are the ones with the one suit on the board. So for instance, all backdoor FD clubs when the board is KdJd5c. The backdoor FD with a diamond in the last example, are not appearing. So for instance, if I hold AhQd, it does not account for a backdoor FD in Flopzzila... While ofcourse, if two diamonds come I have a flush with my AhQd.

Is there any way to fix this?

Turn ON "Settings->Include 1 card backdoor flushdraws in statistics".

Newdefs.txt indeed contains your custom made ranges.
I believe /ranges contains the preflop rankings.
The current filter settings are not stored in a file, so you can't make a backup of those.
Your quicksaves are stored in /undo/quicksave.

Of course, the easiest thing to do here is to just make a backup of your entire installation directory. In that manner you're certain no data is lost.

Flopzilla will check its license upon startup, but it will work for quite a few times without connecting. You really shouldn't have any problems there.

I can confirm that Flopzilla works rather brilliantly in this regard.

Hi,

This shouldn't be too much of a problem.
When you format it's entirely possible that you need a new key.
Whenever you need a new key you can simply request one on the website: http://www.flopzilla.com/requestkey.html
Your key will be sent to you within a few minutes of your request.

For "Hardware ID" fill in the ID given to you by the error message.
There's no need to copy this ID by hand.
When that message shows the ID is automatically copied to the clipboard.
So you can just press Ctrl+V to paste it into the form.

Return to trial mode?
In order to return Flopzilla to trial mode so you can register again, please go to its main directory (to get there, right-click its icon and then select "open file location").
There, run RemoveRegistration.exe.

Yes, they are both one time payments.

For CardRunnersEV it's pretty much the same, although it's not as ironclad.
For example, an equilibrium solver has been added to CardRunnersEV recently.
That particular feature may in fact turn out to become an expansion (or maybe not; it's not clear yet).
This is because the equilibrium solver is pretty much just a separate piece of software, as well as being extremely comples.
However, CardRunnersEV itself is a one-time payment, with all future upgrades included.

If you get no reply within 5 minutes to your request then it's possible that there's a spam filter that's blocking messages. To resolve this, please try the alternate key request page: http://www.flopzilla.com/alternative/requestkey.html. In almost all cases the alternate method will resolve the issue.

In the rare event that this however still not resolves your issue, then please contact support with one (or all) of the e-mail addresses mentioned on the contact section on the website: http://www.flopzilla.com/contact.html. Or use the contact form. You may want to try using a different e-mail address in order to get around the spam filter though. Or if all else fails just post here again.

You can easily import ranges from other users with "Save/Load->Import predefined ranges". All you need to do is to get someone to send you their ranges, which they can export by going to "Save/Load->Export predefined ranges". Alternatively, ranges are stored in the file newdefs.txt. Placing someone elses newdefs.txt file in Flopzilla's main directory will import their ranges as well.

Well the problem is i don t have anybody to ask them from , and i fail to import them from another software ynless i do them one by one. I just wish there was some sort of standard predefined range allready there (like on competition) so that i could tweak them. End ofthe day it s not big deal at all , but just a little extra.

If you use the back arrow to go back to the flop after posting a turn and/or river, aren't the percentages at that point supposed to disregard the turn and river and pretend that we're unaware of those future cards?

Right now this isn't happening. If I click the back arrow and go back to the flop, it's still discounting the turn card when counting the combo's. I'm not sure if this is a bug or not...
