Is there a way to lower the period after I finish the session? For example, lets say I play an hour and want to take a 15 min break. If i start 16 mins later and play for another hour the tracker counts it as 2 hours and 16 mins. I think it takes about a 30 min break before the tracker can start a new session. Is there a way to lower that time between sessions?

Yes. You don't need to be in x-ray. Just from Drivehud, click the support icon, and then the support tab and send a message. It will attach all needed logs and send to support.

Very, very cool stuff. Horizon is a great network that all US players should look into. The absolute only thing it lacks is traffic.

We don't have a complete converter yet. But you can import previous hands that are in your hm2 archive into drivehud.

Been trying to use the Ignition Hand Converter/Catcher from AcePokerSolutions in conjunction with PT4, but been having a lot of problems. I am mainly an MTT player, and PT4 doesn't give a lot of information. Such as: Place I finished, how many players started, if I cashed, how much I cashed for, etc.

Does DriveHUD fix these issues? I stupidly already bought a license for all these products, in which AcePokerSolutions said they don't offer refunds. Not sure of PT4 will give a refund, they may have a 14-day return policy.

Have to give huge props to the DH team: Twice in the last couple of weeks I've submitted error reports from within the DH application itself and in just a day there was a hotfix issued by DH that resolved it. Their customer support and response time is fantastic, as is the product itself.

Yeah, I think DriveHUD may be easier to utilize than the Catcher+PT, as DriveHUD seems to be all integrated into one. Also will be easier so I don't have to use multiple programs and just one.

One last thing. I am trying the trial for DriveHUD, and I'm having an issue with the HUD display on the tables. When I place it in a position where I want to, and save the HUD position, once I resize the table, the HUD moves and doesn't resize according to the table's size. Is there a fix for this?

I think if I know your ticket correctly, I think there's some strange setting in your display that is causing this because even the main interface is a little off. I'd need to see the actual system settings, and the developers can check / address this if needed. But I'll get you taken care of. Just send a message from the support icon inside drivehud.

I can I get a HUD for betonline. I already bought one, but that stopped working like a few weeks ago due to the update they did. Can I get one that works?
(and can I transfer my stats from my 'old' PT4 on betonline to the new one?)

The population statistics and information is absolutely priceless. Please add more (and more) in the way of this. When it comes to Ignition, it's obviously extremely valuable as we can't get a large sample of player specific reads and when it comes to a standard, non anonymous network we can begin to use the concept of Xray to it's fullest and really build a solid profile on each and every specific reg we're seeing in our games. You can't put enough time and effort into this area of DriveHUD. It's fantastic.
