Correct. It was set this way based on how our pro's prefer to play. The stats will coalesce at the end of your session. We're going to add an option setting for this at some point soon as well.

Hey Freak - I have worked back and forth with you guys on bugs and you have great help.

My program still does not auto-update and I'm cool with that. However, instead of me checking here every day for new version. Can you list a "Change Log" in support with current version and changes ? I just want one place to check and rather go through your site versus checking here every day. Granted, I can always hit the download link but it doesn't tell me what version is up ?

One other suggestion - On knowledge database, put a link "How to backup database" - I know how through your help staff and I guess it is supposed to be in a future version but a link for people off the front page may help people.

3 more quick questions:

1) Is it possible to not display the HUD for hero? I don't particularly care about most of my own stats, and it would be helpful to have more room for displaying things I'd like to see.

2) Is it possible to display a HUD for hero that is different from the other players? There are a few stats I'd like to see about myself, but not nearly so many as I'd like to see for my opponents.

3) Is it possible to turn off the table stats display thing that tells me average pot size, etc?

Not every version is an auto update. Beta versions are posted in here, and sometimes in the forums. Full release versions are auto updates. You can always check here:

What is going on with all those different stakes?

1) You can just drag your HERO HUD off the table and it won't show. We don't have a setting for this.

2) Specific hero hud only, no. We will have this though, it's already in our plans along w/ tons of vs/ hero stats, and automated street stats on sites that allow it.

3) You can also just drag this off screen. We will have a setting for this also in the future.

I'm not sure yet. I noticed this as well in the last build. It's something I've brought up to the developers. I assume it's something w/ the rebuild, but not sure yet.

okay, clearly i'm the only one with this problem.

a lot of my hands are being counted as BTN despite being any other position. this is ignition zone.

Nope. You just need to install the latest version and run the rebuild. Ignition had an update ~ 3weeks ago now. There was an issue with zone not counting the BTN correctly. It was addressed and corrected, but you need to run the stats rebuild for your previous hands to re-parse correctly.

No worries. It may take a little to rebuild depending on DB size, but after that it will show correctly.

I already cancelled stats rebuild twice with the new version 2038. Now, it won't give me the option to rebuild. What am I missing? Should I click remove installation (without losing stats), or should I send a log to support?

That's strange. Yes, you can just uninstall, just don't check the box that says wipe all data, and then re-install. How big is your DB about? It really shouldn't take that long unless your in the 5 gig+ range and on a older system.

Thx for the reply. I have done the reinstall and no stat rebuild was requested this time. It was taking over and hour to get halfway thru the last time. I have a db of about 70k hands and this system is around 4 years old, with win7, 3.8 gig processor and 8gb ram. What is the purpose of the stats rebuild anyway?

Also, I am getting worse lag than ever when using the replayer. I complained about a month ago and sent my log to support over this.

You must have gone back to and older version then. What version do you have installed?

Re-build is in all the build notes. It's for the new opponents report and for an ignition zone fix.

Is there a way to separate 200z and 200 reg tables in the data base?

Not cleanly, but this is being added to the stakes report in upcoming version.

I play the 200bb tables at BetOnline. I noticed they are being tracked as the stake above. Is this intentional? I don't really play the 50bb tables. Are those tracked as the stake below?

No, it should recognize the deep and short tables. They are new so we'll need to add support for them. Thanks.

just wandering if intertops is in the works to be supported?

The HUD is very laggy for me when I play multiple tables and sometimes it even crashes them. And I'm absolutely positive that it's the HUD because when I turn it off everything runs smooth. Is there any remedy to this?

What version are you running of DH? Are you running any other poker apps at the same time? We've not had any people report crashes since we've sold drivehud, so I'd need more info and see your log.
