No, it's not standard. I assume you mean Ignition. Just make sure when your table breaks, that you're waiting for that table to load, before you load any other ones. The only time you'll have an issue like this (and this is the suck thing about the new ignition update), is when you load 2 tables at the same time. As long as you're loading one at a time, you will be fine. If you're 100% sure you are, then send your log to support by clicking on that support icon and send a message. Someone in development can take a look.

The HUD doesn't need to be displaying yet, you just need to make sure it's still not saying 97% loading, etc... You just need to be able to see the table and seats, then load your next table.

I tried loading each table up one at a time and I'm currently playing 2 200nl zone and 2 500nl regular but the hud is only showing up on the 500nl tables. Earlier my previous session the hud was showing up on one of my zone tables so I'm a little confused.

Hello! Started my free trial of DriveHud while playing on BETOnline. The hud works great, but im having some trouble with the console part of it. It just seems really slow and laggy for me. All my other programs on my computer run fine, but this one doesnt. For example when I click to replay a hand, it is taking almost a minute to load the hand, and sometimes the whole drivehud program turns white for about a minute. There have been times also that the dashboard becomes translucent. I am running on Windows 7. I think this can be a great program, but its lagging so much, that reviewing hands will be a nightmare.

Yeah that sounds pretty odd. Haven't had any reports of that since we've sold the program but my guess is it's a video card driver issue. Do you have more than one video port on your system? I'm sure there's some simple reason/solution on why it would be acting like that, but I'd need to see a log of from your system.

Yeah, there's no way to show a HUD on zone tables. Zone tables are anonymous, and thus there would be no data to show. Your HUD would just show 0/0 for everything. All other game types are supported on Ignition.

I just played another session and I had two 200 zone and two 500 regular cash and this time the HUD lay out was over the two 200 zone tables and nothing on the other two tables. I'm not sure if it has to do with which tables I'm opening first or where the tables are located.

Yeah, that's super odd. Can you reboot, and load DH first and then load ignition. And just make sure you're loading one table at a time. If you still have this, let me know. We have lots of people who use DH (including myself) playing zone and regular cash at the same time. I haven't heard or seen this so I'd definitely want to see a log. Thanks.

Just click on the support icon at the upper right of drivehud. Send a message using that form (do not click attach advanced log).

Hey so I tried following your instructions and I get HUD on one 200nl table and one 500nl table (see screenshot above). Very strange, I'm not sure what's happening but how can I get you the log. Does the log get attached automatically when I click support icon or do I need to do it myself?

So the two tables w/o a HUD, one of those is zone. I can't tell what the other one is. On a screenshot, I'd need to see the table headers. I can only see the top two, but I'm assuming the bottom right is not zone because someone is sitting out (and there's a HUD). The only mystery table is the bottom left one.

Top 2 are 200 zone and bottom 2 are 500nl.

What is the other tool that you're using that is to the right hand side of the header (but to the left of the close table button)?

Bought the microstakes drivehud license and didn't receive squat in my email, not even in my spam folder. How long does it take before I get my license?

Also when i went to the recover serial page, it said that my email wasn't found?

If you went to the recover serial page, and it didn't find you, then you probably entered the wrong e-mail when you purchased. If you e-mail support with your name or other info they can find your purchase and correct it.

Yea I don't know what's going on with the HUD, it's very inconsistent for me. I don't know if I just need to open the regular tables before I open zone or what causes this bug. Right now I'm playing 2 regular 500nl tables and 2 200nl zone tables, the HUD is only showing on one 500nl table, very random. Any idea how to fix this?

Yeah, we re-produced it. It has to do w/ the 500nl tables specifically. It might be related to the two updates they've done in the last couple of days. Not really sure yet. The developers are still looking at it. Surprised someone else hasn't run across this though. I'll post an update when I have a fix.

The guys figured it out. It has to do w/ their latest update this week (well there were two). For some reason if you're running zone w/ regular tables, it's not grabbing the table title correctly. We'll hopefully have an update tomorrow.

Had it happen to me one time also (and it was 500nl and zone too), but I almost never play zone so I didn't run into it again. Figured someone else would report it

Ok, I blame this not being fixed on your then. Any ways, we have a fix for their last update, so I'll be posting it here later today.

Good news is, we'll be putting in zone poker tracking as well here soon. Likely not this next build, but probably the following build.

I've had it happen just on 1k regular tables. Tables added mid session often don't seem to get noticed.
