I haven't heard of any pokerstars mtt issues. I see any of the outstanding issues on the development board. So it should be fine.

Yeah, I'm not 100% sure why it wasn't added on the reports. It's in your HUD stats so if you really wanted to see it now you can load up any hand in the replayer and it will appear. There are some stats that need to be added to reports that exist in the HUD. I sent a note to development about adding any of those that aren't currently present. Thanks.

Hey so I am about mid cycle on my holdem only subscription and want to add on the omaha version. Is there any way I could add that on with my current subscription? And if so could you send me a link to purchase and download. Thanks!

Yes, the easiest way is contact support so they can look up your account and they can send you a link to add omaha.

My hand replayer just has a random collection of stats. Fold to CBet % is not one of them. Is there a way to view other stats in the hand replayer other than the default stats that are there?

Yesterday, when I was playing using drive hud, my laptop ran out of battery and shut down suddenly. After that when I tried to launch drive hud, I kept getting a message that said Fatal Error, database disk image is malformed. I uninstalled drive hud (including all player data) reinstalled a fresh version and still got the pop-up. So I deleted that version and installed again on a different hard drive on my laptop (went from C: to D and I'm still getting the fatal error popup. Any ideas for a fix?

Any issues with DH not loading for BOL today? No changes/updates that I'm aware of; just simply will no longer load up for either MTT or SNG...was working fine yesterday all day.

@noncarborundum BOL did have an update when I opened the client yesterday. Most 3rd party software needs an update to work on BOL. I'm sure they'll have a fix out soon.

Yes, I'd suggest contacting support and we'll need to see the shut down point and what happened. Did you try clicking stop on the HUD, and other settings -> general, did you try and do a recover? Or it's not loading at all for you.

Correct. BOL did an update yesterday and change their encryption. We have a new patch for this. It should come up as an auto update. I'll post a manual link to it in here as well.

Not starting at all. The initial loading window goes for about 3-4 seconds then I get the fatal error pop up. What file(s) should I send along to support?

I'd need to see your actual database. Can you PM me with your e-mail. It would probably be easier to try and send this info (because of size) through e-mail. We can take a look at it. If you just wanted to get it back up and running, and you weren't concerned about your previous data, you can go to : %appdata%\DriveHUD then delete drivehud.db and the Database folder.

But pm me before if you want to keep this data. We can try and recover it for you.

So I just clicked yes to initialize a new db and it just opened up my old one. Then I tried playing a session (bodog) and the HUD isn't showing up at all.

I'm guessing Bodog was probably open when you updated and you probably had an older version that doesn't lock the catcher before updating. I'd close bodog, re-install drivehud w/ the latest version and then reboot. I have a feeling your DH updated, but not the catcher component for bodog.

After installing the update drivehud I have no HUD and the database isn't recognizing any hands on Bovada. I tried to install an older version and drivehud wouldn't allow me to do that.

When I try to use the newest install link from the forum it offers me to repair or completely delete my database. Repair will not work, and I don't want to lose all of my hands. Advice?

A minor issue I've noticed with the new stat list in the dashboard is that there are two instances of W$SD, but no WTSD.

A difference I've noticed since the last update is that it used to save the stats we had selected in the dashboard when we closed the program and would reload those stats when we reopened it. Sometimes it still does that, but most of the time it loads up some default stats. Most of the time I keep zero stats selected in the dashboard.

Close Ignition. Go ahead and re-install (select repair). Reboot your system after install. Make sure that when you load Ignition, you're waiting for your table to load before you load your next table.
