No way to "trick" DH. It would be to be developed in, but what is the skin and for which network?

No worries. It's a legit and fair question. Honestly, there's more than 1 stat that we came across when developing DriveHUD that I wouldn't have tagged and calculated the way other databases are doing them now. I think that was the same issue HM came across when they came on the market. It's always been a lively discussion on 2+2 in the past. Ultimately we decided to do what the poker community was used to seeing, and then we created some of our own stats as well, which at some point will catch on more as DriveHUD continues to grow.

Hi, I bought drivehud yesterday started using it, was working great.. when I opened a Tournament and Cash game at the same time it stopped importing hands.

I'm assuming it's Ignition, and if you mean you opened them at the same time literally, correct, it will not work. You have to wait for the table to fully load on Ignition since their latest update.

Can we get an option to hide non-Hero hole cards in the replayer? I like to review my hands using Flopzilla and build villain ranges, but I have a tougher time doing that objectively if I can see their hand.

Yeah, there's an option to do this in the bar between the reports section and the hand history grid, there's a check box option called show hole cards. Unchecked it removes hero hole cards, but in the latest version it's not working for me for some reason. I contacted the developers about this, so they will address it.

On a separate note, any idea why I can't add new stats to bumper stickers? If I open the bumper sticker editing window, and then click "+ Create New", the "Add new stat" button is grayed out. I'd really like to create a fit-or-fold bumper sticker, but would need to use either "Saw turn" or "fold to flop c-bet" stats.

So the add more stats in bumper stickers feature isn't implemented yet. That's why it's greyed out. You can add filters to the bumper stickers, or use the existing stats. The more stats will be added here soon though.

I'm having problems with the hud on ignition. It alot of times wont load on my tables then if it does it puts up the hud with player id numbers that arent even at my table. It has hero correct and then everything else is messed up. It used to work correctly but yeah this has been going on for a couple days.

Hud works fine on ACR

When the hud does work for me on ignition it seems to put random stats all over the table. The player numbers that show up on the hud to define a player are numbers that arent even players at my table.

Are other people having this problem currently? Kind of annoying because i bought ths hud because i can run it on ignition and acr at the same time and its currently not working on ignition.

This happens to me if I don't let each table fully load before opening another one. Are you opening tables simultaneously?

Post Ignition update, you have to make sure you have DH loaded before you load up your MTT tables (I'm assuming this is MTT). And you have to make sure you fully load a table before you load the next. As long as you do this, you'll be fine. I'd recommend grabbing the latest version and installing as well.

Trust me, we hate this Ignition update as well, and most 3rd party apps still aren't working with it. It's that bad.

A couple of quick notes. You will be asked to do a stat re-build (this is for the added HUD filtering). You don't have to do it on first load, I'd recommend doing it. It shouldn't take very long on most databases. You can do it later from the settings menu.

The HUD filters can be accessed from the HUD tab and the paint icon (bottom right). There's filters you can set for a specific HUD for # of players and date ranges. We'll be adding some more in game filter from the table soon as well.

Pokerstars zoom is now supported. Next build we'll have support for PS.UK, which is not currently supported.

We're hoping to have first beta of player xray sometime next week. We'll see, but I know people keep asking and I'll do my best to update in here.

Where can I find my serial number? It's not in any of my email accounts, and I've reached out to support twice with no response. I'm looking to upgrade to a higher buy in version.

Also, over the last day or so I've played above my subscription level and would like to upload the the hand histories once I upgrade, having the buy ins and prize money added too if possible. What's the best way to do that?

DriveHUD support is super responsive. I often hear back from them within an hour. Any time you contact support you will immediately get an email saying that your question was received and it has some frequently asked question answers in it about your license.

I haven't used DriveHUD in the last month or so bc I was having some issues with Bodog and figured the less 3rd party software the better, but I have cleared up those issues. I tried opening DH and get the message 'DriveHUD DB (PostgresSQL) is not available or could not be read. Do you want to initialize new db?' Any idea what I should do?

If you have gmail, check your spam. They started tagging us last week. We're still looking into a solution. 100% of tickets are answered, nothing is never not answered, so just check there and you'll find it. If you click on not spam, and add a filter, you can ensure it doesn't end up in there again.

Hmmm.. we don't use postgresSQL. Did you use it a lot and have data you wanted to keep or is doing a reset ok?

I'd just download the above update in this thread (v1.2.0.1662). Install, and if you get that error, initialize a new DB. There must have been some conflict happening, but we don't use SQL, and I have never seen that error. If you have data you absolutely need to keep, then I'd have to get a log and see what's going on. I really don't know off hand.

It's not the end of the world if I start a new db I guess. It's missing some hands anyways and I import to HM2 also. I'll give that a go. Also, playing the stars wcoop main tomorrow and wondering if DH is working well for stars mtts? I remember trying during scoop and having some issues.

What is the best way to check what my historical Fold to C-Bet is? I really wish this was in the dashboard stats. Is there a good way to filter for this? Admittedly I am not the most knowledgeable when it comes to making use of the filters and I need to spend some time learning how to better utilize them.
