I just manually align them and they stay put. If I click the Treat As button and select 6 max they align properly, but the stats stop updating.

Any plans to support Global Poker at some point in the future?

Bovada - Cash game HUD is working, Tourney isn't.

I really like the HUD but it's now not working for me again. I'm still in the trial, and if this happens over and over it's just not worth it. I would have to fiddle with it too often, too much of a headache.

I've had Drivehud since March and haven't had any issues - the recent issues are because of the software update by Ignition. They aren't permanent

To be honest, I've been completely underwhelmed with the product since I bought it. Sometimes works but it's always a hassle.

- Constant installs / reinstalls with every pokersite update.
- HUD is very ugly and hard to configure properly. Like, impossibly hard to configure. WTF is wrong with the HUD editor? I'd go into more detail but I don't even know where to start. It just doesn't work at all.
- The overall design of the program is pretty subpar.
- Way too much wasted space
- Tries to look overly slick while completely ignoring basic design elements. Like I get the "theme" is Drive, or racing, or whatever, but I really dgaf or need the fake gauge cluster with AF, Agg Freq, W$SD, all that stuff. Completely useless to me yet it takes up the 1/3 of the entire front screen. lol.

I have more complaints but these are the main ones.

After three cyles of delete / reinstall / restart computer, Bovada hud is working again... But it's detecting 6max cash as full ring and not giving me any 6 max options on the "In table hud menu" thing. Sooooooo oi this software.

Now for some praise! I give the team credit for being very active in this thread. Clearly they are trying. I get that they are at the mercy of the poker sites and random unscheduled updates. DriveHUD is also very cheap with the 2+2 discount and a lot of value for the money, I just wish it was more reliable and easier to edit the HUD.

Edit: more issues. I just loaded 2 6 max tables. The first has 3 players, the second 6. The first tables HUD loaded on the second table, and the second tables hud is just lost somewhere in the background? The Drive logo that usually rests at the top of the table is just floating on my desktop.

And on cue. Another Bovada update, Hud not working again.

With the latest update any stats that do show up are all over the place not accurate for mtts. The player numbers showing aren't even on my table.

I am completely clueless how to make DH work consistently. Its hit and miss every other session. Ill take the stats not aligning properly at this point. I make sure to reboot DH before every session and before launching ignition. Still hit and miss, usually a miss. Can you provide a step by step guide to have DH run successfully every time? I saw some things to do to correct to problem but not sure if I even have all of those set in place. Any help would be much appreciated. Feel like Im running blind when Ive been multitabling lately. Thank you!

We have zero control when and what kind of updates sites make. Zero. There's a reason other trackers don't support sites like Ignition, and this is one of the reasons. It's complex to do, and hard to maintain.

This latest update on Ignition, we're having to re-develop everything from scratch. Literally. Look on here at all the other 3rd party apps that used to work w/ Ignition. None of them are working properly. If you want to judge DriveHUD based on a recent site update, that's your prerogative, but I think it's a little unfair.

I get that you want to vent because Ignition isn't working for you right now, and you can't immediately figure something out, but I'd dispute literally everything you say line by line. I'm not going to, but I'd say, go make a HUD in another database, and then one in DH. It's 100x easier in Drivehud.

You can just click the center button and remove the gauges if you don't like it. It's a one click solution to your ugly problem. Just please don't pile on because you're upset about Ignition. We're working hard on fixing it, and anticipate another update tomorrow.

The update doesn't work perfectly yet. But to get better performance w/ Ignition

1) make sure the table is fully loaded before you load the next table.
2) If your table isn't full ring, then select the DH logo up top and select treat as

We should have a better update tomorrow. I'm hoping at least. There was lots of improvements done. This Ignition update is a beast, and like I've said in another thread, in 10 years of doing poker software, I've never seen an update like this before. And I've seen some pretty bad ones over the years. Even the anonymous tables update on Bovada, which took a little time, was nowhere near this bad. It will get resolved though, and trust me when I say the guys have been working extremely hard on it.

if you guys need more information i can send what i have/what i get? idk i dont want to give unneccesary info but have been with DH since day2 and just want to help...please lmk if theres anything i can test or logs to send or anything like that would be willing to send anything asked for....appreciate what you guys are doing and look forward to an even better product on the other side of this update!!!!!!

Yes, thank you. I appreciate that. We'll have an update that will address most of these things w/ Ignition I believe today. I just want to avoid that pile on attitude that can happen when something isn't working. I'm a poker player as well, and I get that when your HUD isn't working w/ a site it's extremely frustrating.

The 2+2 community overall has been extremely helpful and supportive. The feedback, personal PM's, and e-mails into support have been very positive and inspiring honestly. I've never seen that level of gratitude and support for software before. So that's been greatly appreciated.

I welcome and encourage constructive feedback because that's the only way to create amazing software, which is our goal. So thank you to everyone who has offered to send logs or has sent feedback. It's all listened to and appreciated.

This Ignition issue will get resolved. Like I said, it's just not a simple fix, so I appreciate everyone's patience.

This build is working well. Again, just make sure you let the table completely load before you load your next table. We're working on getting that to be a non-issue like before, it's just tricky.

is it possible yet to use DH with Ignition, but use the card catcher and a different product with BetOnline?

Yes, you can just click on BOL in site settings, and click disable.

DH is pretty slick with betonline though. That's what I use when I play, and I have some new tournament and cash game HUDs that are BOL specific that are going up here soon. Just fyi.

So this should have all game types and formats working well now on Ignition. Just make sure for Ignition/Bodog, that you're loading Drivehud up first before the site. Don't load another table until your table is fully loaded (doesn't have to show a hud, just has to show the table).

I am looking to use a HUD for the first time ... Any reason why I should this one in particular or should I use the old fashioned HM or PT?

I absolutely love DriveHUD. I use it for BetOnline. I never did use HM or PT extensively so I can't fairly compare and critique.

Some sites like the Bodog sites(Ignition, Bovada) and the Chico sites(BetOnline, Sportsbetting.ag, Tigergaming) require an additional software purchase to collect hand data to use HM or PT. DriveHUD is an all-in-one package and it's a fantastic value.

DriveHUD looks great. It's very easy to use and customize after you learn what everything is and does. In addition to all of that, their customer support team is very responsive and any issues that arise are taken care of asap. Not to mention they are very open to feature requests and have a lot of cool stuff they plan to implement in the near future.

I am fairly new to HUDs ..And I admit that I am not great at using HUDs or making the most of it...do you have something to recommend to me like do you know of any threads..sites... or videos...or even books that can help me improve implementing HUDs effectively in my game.

I am not new to poker ... Been playing for a long time and I am a mariginal winner without using tracking software but I am aware I am at a disadvantage..

It is just the HUD part that I am not very good at and I am hoping someone can help me know where to start.

To be perfectly honest I never really read up or was taught when I first started using a HUD. I used a very simple one for a long time and just looked up the basic definitions.

There may be a good resource somewhere in this forum and if you can't find it here then you should be able to find some stuff via google or youtube.

Your best bet might just be playing some lower stakes stuff for now and then examining your play when DriveHUD implements Leakbuster.

We support most sites on WPN. We'll add the smaller ones as well soon.

As far as feedback on how to use them, there's a lot of content on our website. I'd advise using the trial and going through the manual. Ask questions if you're stuck or need advice on something. We're always happy to help.
