Looks like we're all good here now. I haven't played yet, but I downloaded all the updates, rebuilt the stats, and loaded up the BO lobby. No problems whatsoever and I don't think there's going to be when I play, either.

Good work on keeping us posted, freakdaddy. I do understand that this wasn't a run of the mill problem and that what happened was legitimately outside of your control. Congratulate the DH team on a job well done and keep up the good work. Things definitely do happen but you certainly fixed them in the end.

Thanks for your patience. That's one of the most complicated updates we've had to do since I've issued updates to support over 10+ products over the last 7+ years of doing poker software. The developers worked their butts off, and put in long hours. I'm very proud of their teamwork and effort on this.

@ freakdaddy: Things are indeed back up and working better than ever. As said, well done in the end.

Please note - BetOnline just added turbo speed HUSNG's earlier today. The HUD works perfectly with them except in your database, it's not recording the entry fee +- winnings. All currency values remain at zero, as well as the # of SNG's. If you click on the type of game (ex. $3 Turbo HUSNG) all of your hands are in the history and everything is recorded properly there. It's just when tallying the entry fee, wins/losses, etc, it doesn't track them at all. I'm sure this is because the turbo's are brand new so please look into it when you can.

Although I was prodding the team to get this done asap, the fair truth is that this wasn't a DriveHUD issue in the least. BetOnline's drastic revamping of the code required DriveHUD to do the same. Basically, rewrite a lot of it so it works with the new BetOnline setup. In layman's terms.

There was nothing wrong with what BetOnline did, either. The update they released was well implemented and well done, too. Everything worked out.

Yeah, I noted this as well, but this should have been fixed in the latest beta. It was a bug in one of the first beta's of the new hud designer, but should be working w/ the latest version now.

BOL Card Catcher user here. Not a big fan of having to use HM2's table finder every single time I add a table. That wasn't necessary before. Especially annoying because it now causes the HUD to be removed from tables on a different site.

You should create a subscriber list we can put our emails on to be notified of new beta releases/patches etc. instead of having to constantly check this thread. If that exists then please direct me to the list!

BTW vs. 1.1.0.1407 did fix the net results value in the pop up but the HUD position isn't aligning to the correct players in this version. Only played one session so maybe it was a fluke but thought I'd through that out there.

It's high on the list. We have a couple of more things to add on the new HUD that I think you guys are going to love. Then we're focusing on things like graphing and little things list alias, etc...

We added another new developer to our team this past week for drivehud, so that will slowly start speeding up some of the new tasks as well.

Hi there Freak Daddy.

I've been trying to decide whether or not to buy the ace poker solution card catchers for each site, or just go with Drivehud. Drivehud seems to be the cheaper option, but before I buy it, I need to get this error message fixed.

So obviously I'm running the trial version, and I tried to uninstall, and reinstall the other day, if my memory serves me correctly, to no avail.

Here is a pic of the error message I'm getting upon trying to open it, even with no poker sites open:

How can I fix this?

I don't know what this error message is honestly. I haven't seen it before and the developers are out of office now. I'd have to ask them tomorrow. But if you're looking to uninstall and you want to start from scratch, just delete these two directories completely and re-install and you should be fine:

C:\Program Files (x86)\Ace Poker Solutions\DriveHUD

C:\Users\J(user name)\AppData\Roaming\DriveHUD
