couple questions...

- do I still need to use the Ignition/Betonline Card Catcher with DriveHUD? (or does it work by itself?)
- does DriveHUD work with Betcoin Poker?
- DriveHUD does NOT support the Revolution/Horizon Poker Network correct? (I.e. Intertops and Juicy Stakes)

no card catcher needed .....does not work with betcoin YET or revolution...but does work with blackchip and ACR

Sounds like it was answered, but just to confirm - no catcher needed, and it doesn't work with those sites yet. Intertops is in the work right now though.

2 issues I am having while using this with Ignition:

1) stats almost never appear in front of the correct players. I do have preferred seating on.
2) my 'luck' shows on the graph always as 0, even though I have gotten AI w/o 100%/0% equity.

You posted this on our forums and we answered there but apparently missed answering here. BOL does not supply hand histories. There is no way to manually import them. BOL just has hands in an encrypted database. Drivehud will catch and import any hands you play in real time only on the chico network.

I changed the preferred seating option, that will probably do it. I suggest considering making this more prominent as finding that was not intuitive and I think it could have been. Thank you!

Yeah, the HUD design is in transition right now. You used to be able to click on the HUD design section and set the preferred seating, but we removed that because of the new universal format. I want to add a button though from the hud design to at least launch the site settings. We'll do that at some point here soon.

On the pocket 9s hand, why is the EV difference negative when I lost the hand? This was on ignition, got it all in preflop vs KK.

It's a new bug w/ left over all-in amounts that's adding into the EV calc. I believe the developers fixed this, but it's not released yet.

Another problem regarding AIEV: A shortstack's AIEV is considered for the entire pot, not just the main pot. For example, lets say in a 1/2 game, the shortstack gets all their money ($40) in preflop, meanwhile two other stacks also get all their money in ($200 each). The total pot ($440) is considered for the shortstack's AIEV, not just the main pot ($120). No idea what happens if the money for the two other stacks gets in on a different street than that of the shortstacker.

Tournament hands need to be separated from cash game hands. I originally bought the PLO DriveHud, and then bought the NL one specifically for tournaments. While it has been helpful vs players who I've only met in tournaments, it's practically useless vs opponents I regularly play in cash games (especially considering I mostly play 6-max or shorthanded).

Yes, agreed. I think AIEV is trouble for a lot of people doing it because each site sends the remaining info back differently. I've seen a lot of errors here, and it's something we're aware of and will address.

As far as tourney / cash game data, this was changed awhile back. I'm not 100% sure it was released though, so I will have to check, but if it wasn't it will be in the upcoming update. There should be a big update this week with the new HUD designer. I'm really looking forward to this update because it's going to completely change how we build and address HUD data.

Hello, I purchased the microstakes package from you all at drivehud. I enjoy the program, but it is not accurately tracking my tournament history. I currently play at America's Card Room. Do you know of any solution to this problem?

MTT results will not be tracked for ACR. Most poker sites don't provide MTT results, it just tracks the buy-in, your hands, etc... and if you cash you have to edit and add the results. Sites like Pokerstars that provide tournament summaries, this isn't the case, but most sites don't provide this. S&G results are tabulated automatically though. This is just how all poker databases are.

Tried updating it but something failed. It keeps giving me error message "Migration activity #12 failed." I've tried uninstalling / reinstalling.

so i installed the update which is great but not sure what this changed other than ignition isnt comign up on the tables correctly? half the players are 0 and when someone busts the next person to sit is the previous persons number some of the time? goint to check out igntion thread about this issue as well

You apparently went from a very old version. Can you send support this file here and we can see what failed during the migration process:

This update is just to address the Ignition lobby update yesterday. It doesn't include anything else, and that's why I called it an intern build.

As far as your issue, after one full hand has played, these numbers should reset. What games are you playing that this is happening, and is it still happening? We didn't see any of this in testing, and the card catcher uses the same process and we're not seeing any reports of that.
