I am new to this HUD finally getting around to trying it and am wondering if it will ever have the ability to import downloaded Ignition hand histories?

So far I'm still figuring it out and it seems like I can't get out of the basic HUD layout to try others. I've stopped and started it a few times with the same look which is kind of annoying because the boxes go into the cards making them slightly harder to read where I could see making an accidental mistake at some point. Is their a way to fix this? Thanks!

Is there not any way to make multiple hud panels? If not, is this a feature that may be introduced soon?

Can you send a screenshot of your HUD that's going over cards? I haven't seen this before so I'd be interested.

Any ways, loading other HUDs, right click on the drivehud logo on your table, at the bottom of the menu select the HUD that you want. If you right click again and select save, it will save that as your default HUD type for that site and table type.

If you mean add new pop-ups, we have a whole new HUD designer coming here soon. It's going to allow you to attach tons of different kinds of "panels" and pop-ups, heat maps, graphs, etc...

Is it possible to get the HUD to track hands played in Ignition zoom tables? I want to do some meta analysis but I can't seem to get the HUD to work on zoom tables in order to save the hands. AFAIK you can't import hands directly otherwise I'd just do that.

Trying out the trial with Sportsbetting, and noticing that for a short session where I had 0 hands go to showdown, the "Showdown Hands" table still shows 3 hands -- 2 of which I folded pre-flop, and a third where my opponent folded on the river.

I'm guessing that part of this is due to their site being really weird about hand histories, but still wanted to bring it up.

Well, we tried at one point but not all of the hand data wasn't complete. We want to re-visit this at some point, but right now it's not possible and I can't say for sure it yet. Right now we can flip a switch in DH and probably get about 85% of hands, but not all of them. The development team needs to look at it more again. Zone hands aren't like zoom on pokerstars for example, where pokerstars sends all of the info to your client system. So data collection is a little trickier. I will update in here when they re-visit that because of course it would be cool to do, and we'd like to.

Ok, thanks. Could you click on that support icon at the top right and send us a message so it can attach you log. I haven't seen this happen, but it might be something in the catching process, because like you said, sportsbetting doesn't send hand histories, drivehud is creating those. I'd definitely like to see your log if you an send it. Thank you!

I noticed that ACR and BCP are listed as supported, but True Poker (one of the other major skins on WPN) is not. Any chance this will be added?

Yes. After the new HUD designer is released (hoping early next week), we'll be focusing on site compatibility. True poker has been requested several times and will be an easy add.

I don't have a specific date, but I can update in here when we're closer. Big new feature just finishing up right now, so when that's done there's a lot of little things we'll be adding.

So i think i have inquired about this before but was wandering about adding custom category for tagging hands for review? like being able to make ur own such as misplayed?

Yes, plain text is in there, as well as ICMizer export. I don't have an ETA but it's very high on the list, so it won't be too long away. Right now all hands are on finishing this new HUD designer which is now days away from release (and you'll be quite happy with it when you see it, it's sick).

Yes, adding custom tag labels is in the que as well. After this next major update, there's going to be a ton of new littler features / functions we'll be adding.
