I don't play on BoL very often and do not believe I have a way to grab the hand histories as of now so I am interested in it. I am in the minority in that I don't use a HUD when I play and that is mostly because I play live a lot and don't want to lose the focus from not having software.

It looks very nice and just noticed it is from AcePokerSolutions and I used one of their training programs once and thought it was worth while. I actually recommend it to a lot of people that are starting out or trying to get to the next level.

Support sent me your ticket. I have a developer look up your e-mail, and it wasn't registered. I've only seen it say this on expired (used licenses). Since you can't get into DH, if you send this log here we can see what's going on:

C:\Program Files (x86)\Ace Poker Solutions\DriveHUD\Logs\drivehud.txt

If you send that to support they can tell you right away what's going on. It might be a firewall issue, although I haven't seen any to date, but we'll figure it out for you.

Definitely wanting to try this out, but as someone who plays a mix of 6max and HU vs the same opponents, I need to be able have the HUD show only HU stats when I am playing HU, and show stats for 3-6 players when I am playing 6max. HM2 and PT4 both do this, does DriveHUD yet?

Are you guys planning on adding an ev bb/100 stat and better graphs? I'd love to see my red line and blue line plus filters for graphs in general.

That might be the issue. I looked at one of your training programs about a year ago or so. I had a short trial and played with it some but never signed up for it. Perhaps there are traces in the registry files that are preventing the trial on this.

There is actually no file by that name, there is a C:\ProgramFiles(86x)....drivehud.log and in the opening of the software it says

HandNotes, Tournaments,GameInfo,HandHistories, Players, HandRecords, PlayerStatistics all already exist. It tries to initialize and then cancels itself.

That doesn't make sense unless you run inside another program like holdemmanager or Merge's built-in one. If it is picking up the prior hand histories and notes from the sites you are compliant with, then I have a couple million hands already on the computer.

I do hope it can run, the screen shots and videos look very good. I know someone that uses it and they bragged about it to me. To be fair, I have no clue about their knowledge or experience with any of the other programs they have used.

I got the trail version and was in a MTT tourney and also got in a 9 SnG couldn't tell, will the hud work in both at same time ?
Do I need to go back and change the drop box from mtt to Sng I guess is what I am asking.

Hello again, 3 things:

The feature within hand replayer that allows you to take hand notes is not saving the notes I type even when clicking save. I thought I had nearly 100 hands with notes saved until I went to review one and saw NONE of them worked.

Also, the donk bet stat still shows as 0 for every single player including myself. It has been this way for months.

And if you happen to know: what is the ETA on a mouse-over popup with greater detail for BetOnline HUD's? I.E. I want to see the double barrel% stat on mouseover rather than a fixture the HUD.

Yes, it does this. You can build a HU's only HUD, even site specific, and separate 6-max HUDs. I do this myself across multiple sites, because I used some more detailed stats on sites that can tracking players long term vs. an anonymous site like Ignition where I use a simpler HUD because the stats can't converge quick enough to be relevant.

This very next auto update though, we're going to be making some HUD building process changes. But right now there's a full tutorial on how to do what you asked here:

No, it will run on both at the same time and you don't need to change the HUD. It will just detect and run the appropriate one. Was this BOL? On a site where drivehud is creating the HH in real time, we have to be sure we're getting the window titling correctly. I just heard someone else say they had an issue with a 9max S&G, so it might be some kind of new title they added. If you can let me know the exact format I'll have someone double check.

Yeah, you're right about the replayer note. I'm not sure what happened here because it was working fine. I'll have them address this asap.

As far as the donk bet stat, I know you said this earlier, we fixed this and run literally hundreds of thousands of sims and it has been working fine (others have confirmed this as well). What version are you currently running?

Well, we have a lot of new sick pop-ups coming down the pike, so it's funny you bring that up. So yes, there's going to be some cool new ones here soon. But more importantly, when the new snap to grid hud designer is finished, if you're not blown away and say that in here publicly, I'll.... well, I dunno... but I'll do something.

I went ahead and pulled the trigger on the mid stakes license and I'm loving it! One last HUGE feature that I really need from you guys. If you could, can you just play my hand in the most optimal way for me every time my turn comes up? I would like to just turn on the HUD and join a table and watch the money roll in.

I think something might be wrong with the "check/fold when 3b oop" stat. I am getting a number >100 for a few players.

I haven't looked at my records but it does seem like a few stats are bugged. Not many, but a few. I'm sure they'll clean that up quickly. That's just as important as expanding the project.

The key is in doing things that PT4 does not or doing the things PT4 does better than it does. Auto-notes and more program assigned tags is extremely important, IMO. Ideas like the tilt meter and track conditions legitimately are innovative. There should be fish alerts and things, too. Maybe some kind of notification when a notorious (large sample size) whale sits down at one of your tables so you'll pay special attention or even a Shark detector that alerts you to the presence of and highlights players at the table who you've specifically had trouble with. Of course, the possibilities are near endless.

Yeah, the development team is not in office on the weekends. He was just answering on his own personal time. Only support is open on the weekends. He'll help you figure it out though.

This is the new stat added. They run sims with these, but I'll have them run some more and double check it. They do a lot of testing on these before they release them, and I haven't seen anything out of whack from the data I've looked at. But I will definitely have them look at it again.

Of course. You just stop collecting hands with DriveHUD or close the application. Then, just use HM2 as you normally would.

Yes, just delete the HUD profiles or make blank ones for BOL in drivehud. I assume because you have the catcher already, but if you have a HUD you have setup in HM2, send it to me and I can re-create it in Drivehud for you. It will be a lot easier.

thx, I just want to use my notecaddy on non anonymous sites, drivehud isn't there in that regard yet
