Hi, when will the video tutorial for DH2 come out? on the DH2 HUD tab, how to use the grid on the lower right side?

Can you import hands from HEM 3? I am considering switching but would like to bring my old DB with me.

So I got DH2 set up now, but my HUD appears much larger on pokerbros than it did with DH. Any idea why or how to fix that? I think it is setting all my stats to include one decimal place even though the preview does not.

On the DH2 beta, I'm having 2 issues. I'm playing Ignition.

First is the add note during play. I can't see any of the text I type. It seems like I can highlight it, but it's not visible.

Second, is the $ won lost HUD stat on villain. These seem to be way off, by the $1,000s in some cases.

Okay so I figured out what's going on to make my HUD look so huge. On most of the stats there's a '%' and one decimal, but on my DH version there's no % and no decimal places. When I right click on the stats it says no decimal place so I'm not sure why it's doing this.

I reported that issue a few days ago. I was told that it has already been addressed and a new version with a fix for that should be available soon.

Yeah, this was added in the last posted DH2 release. I'm not sure what happened, but the spacing and the % symbol was already removed and I believe an update is coming out today that addressed this. Ty for providing feedback.

The % has disappeared but the decimal place issue isn't fixed on my end.

The other issue I'm having is that DH2 doesn't load my custom HUD whenever I sit at a new table. It continues to open the default DH2 HUD whenever I sit down and I need to load my custom HUD from the DH2 icon at the top of the table each time.

DH2 looks amazing and the new features are pretty dope!

Just wish it wouldn't have taken so long to get all of my DH1 data and HUDs imported, compatible and displaying how I had them. 2 weeks without my preferred setup so I haven't felt like putting much volume in at the tables. At this point I kind of wish I had just stuck with DH1 and started working on a new custom HUD for DH2 in the meantime. Oh well, no biggie. Just goes to show how much I value DriveHUD. I'm sure DH2 will be great once we get all of the kinks out. I guess that's what a beta is for.

I hear you. In retrospect we should have just deleted your first setup and started over, but we didn't want to convert your whole database all over again because of it's size. We could have used your feedback during the small sample customer beta, but I'm glad it's working now.

You've always been super help and it's appreciated. You'll be getting a free DH2 license regardless for your efforts.

You just have to enable it in site settings:

You have to have the desktop version of the client, not the web browser version.

Even though I would have spent my time differently with hindsight being 20/20, I very much appreciate you guys getting my DH1 database and custom HUDs compatible with DH2!

Hopefully I'll be able to get back into my normal routine after the next update.

Everything is looking good. Only issue I still see from sitting at a couple of tables for a few minutes is the default HUD loading on each new table instead of my custom HUD. Hopefully that one will be in the next update.

I'll let the support team know if I come across anything else over a longer session.

Yeah, the developer assigned to that couldn't duplicate the issue. I was told he contacted you via support, so I'll have to follow up with him on it.
