Agreed. We're adding pop-ups. We just couldn't get it all in like we wanted before release. We wanted people to have an easy and affordable option for the sites we support right now. If we put everything we planned to put in, it wouldn't be out for a very long time.

I've tried importing from converted bovada hands and the originals and nothing happens. Tried individual files too. No hands show up and I can't select any players.

...can't get the HUD to align with my tables- no instructions in help file on how to import Bovada hand history. The misaligned HUD seemed to be updating, but no data showing up in the main software. ...can't get any use out of the software for now...

You can't import hands from bovada. You just need to type in player name: Hero in the pull down at the top of the screen. For some reason there was a minor bug in first release where it wasn't always auto detecting and adding this. As long as the HUD button at the very top shows a stop button, then your HUD and hands will show up, but you need to select username hero from the pull down next to the filter button.

Again, you can't import Bovada hands. It will automatically import these (read post above).

Your HUD is misaligned because you have preferred seating turned on. Turn it off on Bovada settings and it will align. It doesn't support it. It's going to be in the next update, which I think is tomorrow.

I did have preferred seating on. I turned it off, but no dice. I tried restarting Bovada. Still not aligned. Then I restarted DH, still no dice... still misalligned.

By not aligned, do you mean player in the wrong position, or just not where it's supposed to be? I assume the later. In either case you can simply drag the HUD to the correct position on the table, and it will save that new position automatically. But if you could, can you go to the settings menu at the top right hand side of the screen (next to the power button), and click on the support tab and send in a message. It will attach your log also. It would be good to see what you're seeing. TY!

The HUD is does not overlay the game table... it's off to the right. There's no way I can find to just drag the HUD... I discovered you can move individual elements by right-clicking and holding/dragging individual stat boxes, but there's an invisible edge you can't go beyond (the stats box gets cut off)- besides, even after re positioning, everything snaps back to an worse (more dispersed) position almost immediately.

One other thing happened: I moved the DH app window down to where just the top 1/3 was visible and it became completely inaccessible, as in I could not interact with it via mouse clicks any more- no way to drag it back up, close it, etc. I had to ctrl-alt-delete to shut it down.

I'll start it up again and look for the message sending thing you asked for...

EDIT: sent the log... oh, forgot to mention, my display is set to 4k. Maybe that's a factor...

So this can only import new hands as you play them?

Yeah, it's a 4k issue. We have someone else with this too. We'll look into it. Thanks for sending the log. We'll address it. Actually, if you could send a screenshot also, that would be super helpful for the developers to find your resolution.

With the shut down, was there a filter screen open? Because I've seen it where it went behind and appeared to make DH inaccessible, but it was just another pop-up was still active.

Yes, for right now, correct. It's just going to grab an import hands it's catching when you run the HUD.

Still doesn't work for Sportsbetting.ag

I'm specifically interested in PLO (high only) games on BetOnline. Will this work for PLO? I checked the FAQ and it says it supports "most Omaha".

Correct. Right now because of their update, it will not work. But we will have an update fix out for it on Mon/Tues of this week. It's done, and we're just finishing testing on it.

Yes, it will. But like I just said above, BOL is broken right now because of their update. We'll have a patch out for it in the next couple of days though.

Yes, PC only right now. We need to add some more windows logos on the site. There will be a MAC version at some point here as well.

It's coming today for sure. We just had some things that came up in testing. But I will have an update build out sometime today.
