They have to be saved to your system. Drivehud is going to auto archive them if you have that enabled (which it is by default), so you can check in the Drivehud archive folder. Just click on site settings and you'll see the location.

You can just export all of your MTT's by going to the tournament tab, click on your pokersite report, right click on WPN, and then select export to 3rd party apps. I'd recommend just getting the original hands though, which should be in your archive.

Yes. Drivehud will capture your hands in real time on bodog, and then if you download their HH's and import them into Drivehud, it will fill in all of the missing opponent hole card data, so you'll be able to see all of the people's hands at your table.

I imported hands from the 9stacks "Hand History" folder. It took close to half a minute to process and so I assumed that it got processed. However, I am unable to find my player name in the list of players in DriveHUD. I am using version 1.6.6.3636. How do I get to see hands imported from 9stacks?

So you went to the active player pull down in Drivehud (upper right hand side), entered your name and it didn't come up?

RIT support is active on all of those sites. I need to get clarification from development that it will detect those tables specifically on pokerbazzi because I don't see it in release notes. I see it for many other sites.

Yes, my player name on 9stacks does not show up in the list on the upper right side. Tried scrolling and also entering my username into the box.

On **********, only the first run is shown in the list of hands, unlike at spartan poker where I get to see the hands with run it twice.

Just wanted to clarify that every hand played on ********** does get recorded by DriveHUD both on the RiT and non-RiT tables.

It's just that only the first run when running it twice is shown in the history and replayer. The second run does not show.

The winnings and EV difference amounts are inaccurate when playing at RiT tables and I suspect this is the reason why it is so.

Both of your issues sound like you need to update your Drivehud. I still don't know which version you're using.

I was using version v1.6.6.3636 until this morning which I have now updated to the new version v1.6.7.3699.

Tried importing the hands from 9stacks once again after updating. Still can't find my playername in the list of players.

Also, played a few hands on ********** since the update and still only the first run gets recorded.

Send a log to support from the support icon in Drivehud.

Just fyi, you sent the log 21 times to support. Just click the send button once and wait a second. Your logs are big so it's going to take a minute to collect, zip and send everything.

IT doesn't seem like the population report adjusts when I make an edit to a pre-programmed profile in the HUD either.

No, not right now. Everything that doesn't fit the profiles will fall into the all players section. Right now just filters will apply to the population report. I can't say when it will be released because I'm always wrong about these guesses.

It's not clear what you mean. Do you mean you create a new HUD and you want to know how to get it loaded on your table? You have to load it from the Drivehud icon at the top middle of your poker table.

I hope it's soon. I play a lot of Ignition, where population reports would do the most good. Unfortunately, profiling players using any parameters beyond VPIP and PFR, I think, is counterproductive as it just causes confusion. There is a limited amount of stuff that would be useful, but that limited amount, I think, would be *very* useful. Like isolating groups by VPIP alone and looking mainly at their calling/folding tendencies.

I think I saw one profile that was "fish" or something which was simply "VPIP > 31" which helps a little.

I hope you see my point that Ignition players might not be getting much out of your population report, which looks like a really strong feature of your software. Let me know if I'm overlooking something.

BTW thanks for creating this excellent HUD. Your HUD has thus far been so reliable (hasn't crashed on me at all) that it's helped me increase my hands per day/hour by roughly 33%, and made me a much more relaxed person while playing. I like not having to wait for stats to appear for each table before I add a new one, and I especially like not having to leave seats that I like because I have to reboot. Good job.

Yes, agreed and as far as I know that's already in the works. There's a lot you can do with the population reports now if you apply filter situations. It's good to know overall general population tendencies that are uncategorized, especially if you play zone.
