How do you copy a 6m HUD so that it works on FR? I've done it before but can't remember how

Click the HUD designer tab. Find and open your 6max HUD that you want to copy from the drop down lists. Click the Duplicate button in the top right. Select 9max. Enter a name at the top. Click OK.

I'm using Version: 1.6.6.3565

Are there any settings to configure run it twice? I have again checked hands that were breakeven overall but in DH it shows result of first-run only.

Additionally, to all major sites not really supported and major stats missing and not working stats, I saw two major more and those are rake and EV bb/100. Please, don't buy this software; it is good but the lacks in site supports and statistics make this a clear pass.

You were just in HM's thread complaining they don't support several things that Drivehud does. This is your 3rd post in here now making very negative and incorrect claims about Drivehud. If you don't like it, that's fine... but I don't understand the point of these kinds of posts. You weren't even correct in what you're saying.

Bottom line is, you don't like it, but let's not mis-characterize it. If you PM me I can send you info about what you're missing in more detail, and I'm always willing to assist to get someone setup how they want it. But it's just unfair your several long posts that don't have all the correct info. I'm not going to re-hash it all, but like I said I'm more than willing to assist if you PM me.

Is there a way to totally clear out all the data/previous hand histories etc on a trial version? I tried uninstalling and clicked the option to totally remove the data and when I re-installed the previous data was still there. And also on Ignition there is no option appearing to auto detect anything, before I had uninstalled and reinstalled it was working smoothly.

When you uninstall and select the option to remove all data, that's what is should do... wipe all data. You can manually delete the database file and folder as well (C:\Users\(your system name)\AppData\Roaming\DriveHUD).

As far as ignition, I'm not completely sure what you mean. Do you mean for the HUD to appear, or your data? You need to set your player ID (top right) to hero in order to see ignition data.

I'm trying to export all of my played and observed hands to import them into a 3rd-party app. I go to the population tab, right-click on all players, choose export, select a folder, but then nothing happens.

Am I missing a step or going about this wrong? Thanks.

Why does DriveHud need to use a proxy when playing?

I had the application crash on me and thought I had a virus since the proxy was not removed and I didn't know where it came from.

It only uses a proxy of you have adda52 enabled because that's the only way to capture hand data on that site. If it's causing an issue, just disable adda52 in site settings and re-enable it when you need it.

No, that won't work. You need to go to the overall report, right click and then select to export to 3rd party app. Depending on the site, it might be better to just grab the hands from the hand history archive folder, which the location is listed if you open site settings in Drivehud.

If you have a lot of observed hands, and you're trying to export those, then using the hand archive folder is the best option. If the site you want the hands from is a site that involves a catcher though, there won't be hands there. You will have to right click on a report and export them.

A couple of questions as I'm very dissapointed in HEM 3 and their new price structure so I am thinking of switching once my license expires.:

1) Will drivehud import all hands from HEM even if they are from old sites that may no longer exist?

2) I like that your recurring fees are low and purchasing what I would need would only be slightly higher for me than renewing my HEM 3, but I am wondering if you are anywhere close to releasing a DH 2 product that would cause me to have to re-purchase again. If so do you have an idea of a timeline for that? It might impact my decision on when to switch.

1) That's hard to say for sure. Are they sites that are part of a network that still exists? Using the trial of Drivehud and importing all of your previous data by pointing Drivehud to HM3's auto archive folder should tell you a lot about how much can be transfered.

2) I hear you. I can't speak on future product updates. I can assure you though that anything that would be done in regards to that would be extremely fair minded. We would take into account recent purchases, and the price point of Drivehud on the whole is very low.

I'm thinking about exports from older sites like Absolute and others that aren't around. I would think that if the exports are all in a common format that they would all import but for some reason HEM3 won't take them. It's one of many gripes I have with the product.

Absolute poker probably won't import into Drivehud. That's well before our time. HM2 ad support, but they probably didn't transfer it to hm3. There's actually a lot of difference between hand formats, so you need to have parsers that can sort through those differences in order to get the hand info.

If you have the original hands and you send me a few I can look to see how difficult it would be to possibly manually change them. Sometimes it's just a header difference and you can search and replace in a text file and then import.

The originals are long gone. I had just assumed that hand history database exports would all be done in a common format to make it easier to reimport into future releases. This won't be a deal breaker for me since I lost it with HEM 3 as well.
