They're basically Stars format but they say Run It Once instead of Pokerstars at the top. They were importing as Pokerstars in HM3 until they disabled them. They have money added to some pots though ("Splash the Pot") and player names are randomised. What's your email address?

Also, you support Microgaming, is this just the VPIP hands they save during play or do you support import of the .dat full history files?

Lastly, does DriveHud work with the new cashout feature on Stars? If a fish opts to take the cashout amount (when all-in) the hand isn't imported into HM3.

We'll add manual import support for the RIO ones. If you can send any you have to support, I'll have someone look into it.

With microgaming we support both I'm told. I know the manual .dat import was added last, and there's not a ton of testing with it yet because it's new.

Stars cashout, I've been trying to get a hold of some of these files. I'll need to check with the developers because we had some customers saying they'd send some and I'm not sure we have any yet. If you have some, send those as well. They are easy adds.

I sent a few RIO hh's, I mentioned in the message that if possible it would be nice to separate out any winnings from splashed pots (as rakeback or whatever). If not possible that's cool, just leave it as winnings.

Could only find one example of Stars cashout (not played there much recently) but I can look for more if needed.

I wanted to see my winrate on low paired boards (ie 552 or 844 etc). I didn’t see an option under Board Texture. I guess it could be considered uncoordinated but would the only way to do this is go through and manually enter the cards here?

You'd have to manually input one of 22-55 for example, and then run them individually. It wouldn't lump them all together. But adding a low, mid, and high paired board texture is easy so I'm going to put a request in to the devs to add this. Thanks.

Does the HUD work on ipoker speed tables?

No, not officially yet.

That would be awesome. It is more for checking how successful cbets are on these boards.

ACR is showing Mucked Hands but it is not coming up in the HUD. I didn't realize it until I looked again. It is in the Summary section after the hand not the Show Down section.

Any news (RIO hands/Stars cashout)? If splashed pots are awkward to separate out from the rest of the hand it'd be fine to treat it as part of the pot for now.

Holdem Manager aren't interested in adding RIO support so you'll likely pick up a few subs from them once it's supported.

I talked with the devs and they said this was already added. It just hasn't been released yet. So next build it will have those.

Sorry, did you send to advanced support or support using the form on the site or in Drivehud? I was looking for these hands but didn't see them. Maybe someone already transferred them to the dev team but my main support person Ed said he didn't transfer any ROI hands.

Yeah I sent them via the form on the site, I got a response from Ed saying he sent them over. I'd sent Stars and RIO hands at the same time, maybe he didn't realise. I'll pm you my email address so you can try find them.

Is there any way for me to change the colors of the graph lines? Maybe even locally in one of the files? I'm a bit color blind and would love to make on one of the lines blue for easier visibility at a glance.

No, there's not. You can add this as a request. I'm not sure how easy it would be to add. I'd have to ask to the development team.

Hey guys,

So I am late to the party and just realized that we are able to download hand histories from ignition and see all the cards that have been mucked. So I downloaded the history from ignition and imported it to DriveHud (followed the instructions so I am 100% sure it was done correctly). I noticed at the bottom it was registering the hands and it was saying "duplicate" as it was going through the hands. I do run the hud while I play so I figured that it said this because it recognized the hands. I figured that it would just update the hands by just adding the whole cards. So I look at the hands that I just imported and noticed that nothing changed, I still see only the cards that were shown. Am I missing something?

(also I updated my HUD to the latest one that was put out before the one a few hours ago and then tried to re-import the hands and still nothing happened. Unfortunately though, that update for some reason seemed to delete all of my HUD setups, even the preset HUDs. I just downloaded the new update (like 10 mins ago) hoping that at least the stock HUDs would come back, but I still dont have any. Going to try to import some HUDs now, just wanted to let you know of this other issue I faced).

I'm guessing that you probably imported with a version of drivehud that didn't support the hole card addition. You can probably just delete them all, and then re-import them and it will show. It's a bit of a pain though.

As far as your HUD setup though, that doesn't seem possible and I haven't heard of people having their setups deleted on an update. Drivehud doesn't touch any of the setup or hud folders on updates. Do you know what version you had before this? Maybe there was some issue if you had a really really old version. You should send an advanced log from within Drivehud (top right icon) and we can take a look. You can also try just manually importing your hud setups again from here:

%appdata%\LayoutsV2 folder

And then send a log and we will check it out. Any update right now does not modify the %appdata%\DriveHUD folder, which is where all of your settings and HUDs are. So not sure what might have gone on, but my best guess is you had a very old version and something created an error during update.
