1) I'm assuming you mean bounties you won within the MTT and not the actual whole entry and tournament buy-in. Yeah, you need to add these in after. I think we've talked to devs about ways to grab these and the info wasn't available. I'll double check on this though.

2) You mean re-buys? Some MTT's it will grab this on BOL, some need to be added after you finish. I think most of them this is the case where you need to right click on the tournament and add the re-buys.

3) Yes it won't know your place in most MTTs. You need to edit this.

If the site doesn't provide tournament summaries, we grab as much of the info that is available as possible. In this case BOL doesn't provide hand histories OR tournament summaries, so we get as much data we possible. Sites like Pokerstars for example, that provide tournament summaries, all of the info is automatically recorded. It's just site specific, but a lot of sites MTT info isn't transparent. S&G results are because they are static results.

Did you delete the Log and Data files as well? I was scared of losing all my data if I did that. I deleted everything but those and redownloaded and it is still not displaying at info post update.

Where did you read that? I havent been able to get on ACR in 2 days so I don't know if it is working for me yet. I'd like to be preemptive as possible and assume it won't work right now.

I didn't have this issue on my system. But what I've been told is if you use windows uninstaller on ACR, and then re-install it will work. Make sure you downloaded the latest drivehud as well.

Is it working for you yet?

Can't get on ACR yet so I do not know. Figured out the hand history issue (Drive support did). My most recent hands since the update were saved under WPN not ACR so they are there. Have to create an alias using both my SN under WPN and ACR so they merge.

I'll update when I get off work today assuming ACR got it together then and there's no 30 minute scheduled maintenance again that lasts 36 hours.

Ok, just let me know. And an alias? That's strange. No one on the team told me that. I'm going to ask the dev team about that.

Its not working for me. I deleted and reinstalled ACR. Installed latest version of DriveHud.

Any other suggestions?

Yeah the ACR update is a little screwy. Click on the settings button in Drivehud (upper right) and then go to site settings. Select ACR/WPN and then highlight your hand history location and delete it. You need to add the new location which by default is: c:\AmericasCardroom\handHistory

Then click ok / save. I'd close and re-open Drivehud after that as well.

Manually, not really. You can take a hand history from a tournament and change the tourney number and date and import it, then edit it. There's no internal way to just add one right now.

Send us your log through the drivehud support icon. We'll take a look. ACR is really unstable right now, so there's many things going on that could cause an issue.

yes. Weird thing is I was missing a big winning hand. I think it was on the fault of ACR though. I manually uploaded the hands a second time and it still didn't show. Other than that works fine.

I am getting this when I auto detect. It says the hand histories are in the True Poker/Profiles section -



But when I go to look for it - the profiles are nowhere to be found
