Yeah, from what I'm told Tournaments should still work. It's just cash games and maybe some S&Gs. But yeah, they completely changed their software, hand histories, and GUI. Team was already on it this morning.

Is it possible for the HUD to react quick enough on Blitz (fast fold) to post a players stats in play?

Yes. We have to work on separate injector for that. The team is already working on it.

I'll post an update shortly. They did another update already after their initial major update, so I think they are having some issues. We're finishing some testing.

I should add ACR removed tournaments and blitz now, so we need to wait until they return it before there's full support. Strange that they did it this way. It was there for awhile yesterday.

I'll post an update w/ cash game support, and it *should* work with tournaments. It did yesterday at least.

They released the software too soon and now they are fixing bugs on the fly. Not taking a shot at them, kind of is what it is.

now that ignition reverted back to the old table layout, the HUD is having problems attaching itself to new tables when it picks you up and moves you.

so like for example, youre playing in a game that breaks and you're the only one left at the table. the software then closes out your table and picks you up and moves you and your chips to an open seat at a new table, but now the HUD isn't attaching itself to the new table. i just get the icon at the top of the new one that says "one full hand must be played before HUD appears. please wait." and then it never attaches itself. same issue anytime i'm sitting alone at a table with a fresh stack (haven't played a hand yet) and it moves me to an open seat.

edit: i just sent an advanced log and support query with a reference to this post via the drivehud software, since that's what you generally instruct people to do

What version are you running? You probably need to update as that should already be fixed. There were a few updates after ignition. Try just downloading the main build and installing and it should work for you:

Note: WPN (ACR, etc..) took back out MTT's and Blitz. So this update will work on cash tables. When they return the tournaments and other games we'll address those.

Also Ignition went back to it's previous skin. Seat positions will likely be off, but HUD will work. Dev team will address this tomorrow in their update.

Yeah we changed the format to work with it. Completely re-wrote the format (it's closer to Pokerstars now). It was working on cash games. Maybe they changed something again? I'll take a look when the first developer comes in and see.

No worries. I thought you were saying it didn't work.

As far as update, the WPN update is not an auto update so you need to just click on the download link and install. It will update your version.

After update ACR stores hh into default location AmericasCardroom/handHistory regardless of your ACR 1.0 settings. It resets all settings after an update and it's full of bugs now, I see tables w/o names on ACR. I think they have a lot more work to do.

Yo, downloaded the update, and my DriveHUD still can't seem to connect to ACR cash tables at all. Also, I have changed the ACR Hand history file location under "Site settings" as well as attempted to import hands from file, but unfortunately, none of my hands are going through. I think the latter may be ACR's fault though, because after looking through the new ACR files, I don't think my HH post-ACR update even exists, at least in the form of a file in my possession.

Update: Deleted and reinstalled files, hands registering. And 6max cash tables working just as perfectly for DriveHUD as before the ACR update!

Which files? Did you delete the entire client then redownload?

I clicked the link I in your last post and downloaded and installed it and it isn't displaying any info at all. I filtered by this week only and there is no info showing.

Few questions/problems:

1. I entered a bounty tournament on Betonline the other day and the bounties weren't registering in the software(had to manually enter them).

2. Also it worked the first time i re-entered a tournament(2 days ago), but today it started to not count the re-entries

3. For some reason when it says where you placed in the tournament, it basically just gives it out of your table(so like 6 handed bust with 157 left, it just says placed: 6

Curious if I'm missing some setting or stuff needs to be fixed. Either way, absolutely loving the software and the HUD, keep up the great stuff guys!
