did you contact support about this? Is it still happening? No one on the team has said people have reported something like that, so if you're having an issue w/ the latest updates, please send a log to support. They will check it out immediately.

Depends on the site you're talking about. A lot of sites don't send tournament summaries, so you'll need to add cash amounts after an MTT. If the site provides those summaries, like pokerstars for example, they are automatically entered. No matter what, all of the info and hands are tracked, you just need to enter your result. This just applies to MTT's not S&Gs.

did send in a log just this afternoon as DH and ignition is running fine today but issues alot yesterday so i think it may have been an ignition update issue not DH issue....

DH doesn't, in the slightest, accurately record HUSNG's on BetOnline. Missing tournaments and hands all over the place and the stats are totally inaccurate. Is this known?

No. I've not had one report of anything like that and lots of users play on BOL including me. I've never even seen one hand missing. I just asked development if they've had even one tix about BOL issues in the last year and they said no. Send a log to support through the support icon in DH. But that's sounds really really odd.

Anyone on here ever have any problems / issues w/ BOL?

I had a longer talk w/ several team members this morning and they said it's just not technically possible to miss hands on BOL and that's because we're pulling the data from the BOL database. So yes, please send in a log because I'd like to see what's going on. Maybe the BOL database itself is corrupt or something. That would be a first that I've heard of, and definitely don't want that to be an issue. ty.

Sorry for lateness, haven't been on in a bit. What I meant by stop, is the lack of history in the database. The in-game updates continued but when I selected "Filter today" it would show 0 hands (lets say at 12:20am but I know I have been the last 20mins+)

So I think I figured out what was/is going on. I decided to check out the settings and see if there was anything I could figure out. I noticed the time zone setting and changed it.... I cant really believe or say if I have been this oblivious the whole time but it seems that the times recorded on my hands were off... buuuut it was set to the right timezone prior to me changing it and I had never changed it before or encountered this issued until recently. When I set it to the incorrect timezone, my hands record with the correct time.

Example: My timezone is really -5 but when set to -5 the times that the hands are recorded are off
But when I set my timezone to -4, it records the hands with the correct time. Even though my real offset is -5

No worries and thanks for the explanation. Remind me what site this is again though please that you say this w/ the wrong time stamp. I'm wondering if it's something specific w/ the site server time also. It's easy to figure out though if you send a log. We'll see the time they are stamping and your local time and can figure out why it's an hour off. You can send a log from the support icon at the top right of Drivehud.

I'm sure this has been answered before but I can't seem to find it. Where are the hand history files saved for drivehud? I am trying to import them to pokersnowie and cannot seem to find the hand history file location. I don't see them in the directory anywhere. I am using Ignition hands so obviously they are only saved in drivehud. If this has already been answered or someone has worked with drivehud and pokersnowie and could post a link I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks.

If you click on settings at the top right of Drivehud, and click site settings, you'll see the archive location. But Ignition doesn't provide hand histories. If you're looking to export certain hands, you can just right click on a session for example, and then select export to 3rd party app, and you'll get a text file w/ all of the hands. Or you can individually select hands and export w/ that option as well.
