If a Poker Room doesn't give the option to save hand histories will Drive permanently store them for you?

It sounds like you need to do a stats rebuild. I'm not sure which version you went from, but if you didn't have those stats, then in order for them to track correctly, you need to do a stats rebuild from settings in DH.

Yes, Drivehud stores them and you can export any of them as sessions, or all hands.

Just dropped an email - but would love to see an update to the hand replayer..

The stacks of chips in the replayer (at least on a 4k screen) often tower over players and cards while I can't maximize the replayer making it cluttered and hard to guage what's going on. If it's a hand I just played - of course I can remember/tell what's going on, but if I'm trying to look at a hand I played weeks ago, I can't really tell what's going on in a timely/efficient manner at least due to the cluttered stacks (which may depend on sizing, but pulled up several hands pretty quickly that all had the same problem)

I also don't have a pause option to figure it out..

I'm not really sure why you can't maximize the re-player though, you can re-size it to whatever you want, and also re-position the HUD elements. Probably best to send a pic to support though so they can see what you mean.

Yes, WPN. Every table change the HUD stats stay in the same seat while I am not. If I have four tables up, I like to see my seat on the outside of the tables so I can see all at the same time which probably makes favorite seat not an option.

I think it should be recognizing your new seat during table changes, even with your unique seating setup. I'm not 100% sure though.

yeah, something is off, I must have checked/unchecked something during setup to cause this. It doesn't find me and stops updating hands. I don't really use HUDs or anything, just in a brutal week and trying to see if I'm being a donk or variance. Good or bad, appears it is variance....

Yeah, if you're talking about MTT's, then it should be tracking on any table move. What version of DH are you currently using? You might just need to update.

I'm not sure, just downloaded it two days ago and when I went to open it I was prompted to download the latest version.

I noticed what is actually happening is when the new table opens, it has me at random seats not the current or even always the prior.

I am considering upgrading from a midstakes subscription to a pro subscription; also, my current subscription is due to lapse soonish. If I want to upgrade, should I just let my current subscription lapse and purchase pro separately? Will my hands have to be converted to over?

I have tried exporting a hand to Snowie both as plain text and as raw hand history (txt files) but my imports fail? I am pasting into notepad saving as txt file. Not sure what I am doing wrong? Any advice, thanks!

No, but e-mail support for an update link, as it will be cheaper than letting it expire and then purchasing a new one. Either way you won't lose any of your data.

You need to export to 3rd party app option. If you don't see it when you right click to export, then you need to update, as it's a relatively new option.
