do I need to also buy the hand converter for bodog to download and convert the hands to see opponents holecards? Or does Drivehud do that without the hand converter for bodog?

No you don't need any converter. The cool thing is Drivehud will capture your hands in real time on bodog/ignition, but then you can also go back after and download and import your hands and DH will fill in all of your opponents hole card data - for everyone at the table. It's great for population analysis that way.

It's not possible for it to miss hands if the HUD is working. There are two types of sites Drivehud works with. Sites that provide hand histories, and ones that do not. On sites that provide hands, the site is in charge of sending hand files to your system, and then drivehud imports them. There could only be an issue here if drivehud wasn't parsing the hands correctly. This can happen if a site changes it's hand format, but that very rarely occurs.

The second is a site that doesn't provide any hand data, and drivehud needs to capture and create hand histories on it's own. This is the format that's most potentially vulnerable to missing hand data because it's dependent on a solid internet connection. If there's any disconnect from the site or local user, then hands will be missed. Some sites like Ignition/Bodog are sites like this and they don't provide hand histories in real time, but you can go back 24 hours later and download and import them. So on a site like this, if you had a disconnect in real time you can always go back and get your data.

Hi, just want to ask how to move my DriveHUD data to my new computer without changing the format of my hand history. I tried exporting the hh then importing them to my other computer but the hands changed to ipoker.

You need to do a backup, and then a restore on your new system. This way it will get all of your hand data, HUDs, settings, etc... This is how:

Not specifically... just the tracking and HUD that's in Drivehud. Player X-ray will do automated notes on them.

Is there a way just look at my HU and 6-max stats apart from one another? Like, see my stats with 3 or more at the table?

No worries, boomers welcome. There's multiple ways to do this, but I'd recommend just clicking on the filter pull down menu at the top right of Drivehud. Select create / load new filter. The first screen that comes up is standard filters, and there's a setting on the left that says - players between 2 and 10 (the default), just change this to what you want and then you'll only see data for that. You can save the filter if you want so you can just load it later, and make one for any kind of scenario you'd like.

There's a few other ways, but that will get the trick done.

Manually import hands? It's unclear what you mean. Are you running the pppoker catcher? What version of Drivehud? I need some more details. Ty.

Exporting to 3rd party apps with my PPPoker hands gives an error I cannot export them.

I know this was worked on already and checked in. The lead developer is just behind on certain verification checkins because of the spike in people playing poker, using software, etc... since covid-19. They are doing the best they can to get to everyone's reported issues.

When working on customizing my HUD, when I select the "settings" (gear thing) under Selected Stats, it says "Sorry, something went wrong!" and shows code like below: (and then when I hit "OK", DriveHUD crashes)

I believe this was a known issue with one of the beta updates. What version of Drivehud are you using please?
