Same thing here. I rebooted computer and also noticed I had to go back into Site Settings and re-select WPN, but it still didn't fix the issue.

Yeah not working for me either, but problem could be the file name on WPN’s side for the hand history.

having issues for the past week or more with drivehud attaching correctly to tables on ignition. made reports and tried to send over logs during this session but the software is failing to send the log when i attempt it in the support tab of the drivehud program.

-primary issue is when sitting alone at a 6max table, if it picks me up and moves me to an open seat at an existing table, the HUD never attaches itself to the new table. this happens every time.
-similarly, if i sit out for 2 orbits and let it pick me up on my 3rd bb after playing for a while, it will not update the hud stats for the new table that it moves me to, instead the stats from the previous table will just remain displayed, frozen in place without updating.
-occasionally, the HUD just plain won't attach to a new table that i open, for seemingly no rhyme or reason.
-the HUD also crashes periodically and disappears for a hand before coming back up and continuing to function the way it was before crashing

i used to have virtually no issues with this, but it's become a big problem in the past week or two.

on the top of my Bros tables i can see the box "One full hand must be played before HUD appears..." but nothing happens after several hands.

Yes, we're aware of this move issue after Ignition's last update. We're looking into it.

As a temp solution right now, don't sit at an empty table. Just close the table and open a new one that has more people on it. I know some of these take awhile to get going, especially at higher stakes, but for most tables 200$ and under, it's not an issue.

If you can PM me with your e-mail, I can manually take a log from you as well. Just to check on your last issue. The only thing I've been made aware of is the moving to a new table thing. It's something new that hasn't been an issue previously.

Having most of these issues as well. In the last week something changed on ignition where it you're sitting alone waiting on a seat, and then it moves you, your preferred seating is messed up. And also drive hud never attached to the table when you're sitting alone like it used to. I emailed drive hud support and they want logs, they act like I'm the only one with this issue. Used to never have any problems until last couple months

not feasible at all for me @ 5/10. i have some techniques to mitigate the shittiness at the moment, but im gonna have to scrap this program and go back to the card catcher or something if you can't fix this soon.

Does drivehud omaha work for Hi/Low as well?

Yeah all you can do really is wait til you get seated at a new table (where the preferred seating is messed up), then quickly close it and reopen it

We always address issues promptly. There are work arounds like I said. It's not perfect, and it will be fixed. But you can wait for a table move, and then leave and sit back in. I'll post in here when an update is ready.

I know you're new here, but this is not how we function. Ignition changed their logic on this apparently last week when a table move happens. Usually we get tons of requests if something like this happened, but for whatever reason (at least from what support has funneled to the dev team) we didn't. I'd figure with an issue like this we'd have many requests, but we haven't.

When an issue to a site like this happens, we shift resources to it immediately. And we always put out updates as quick as possible. There's a long history of that if you look through our threads.

So I understand when things change and get broken in software it's frustrating. I'm a poker player as well, but I can ensure you the team reacts promptly ANY time something breaks or updates.

No it works for holdem and omaha and has no limitations.

Yes it works for hi/lo and plo5 and plo6 as well.

It's more complex a fix than I'd think. And it's just strange that we didn't have more people bring it up or it would have been fixed sooner. But any way, I think it's all fixed now. Just finishing some last stage testing and I'll post it.

Is there a way to have the HUD show stats for an alias rather than the actual player at the table?

For example, on PokerBros there are quite a few players that have multiple IDs and I've created aliases to match. But if one of these players is at my table, it only shows stats for the individual player ID, not the alias where I have more data.

No, there's not a way to combine players into an alias for the hud. For report data, yes. But I hear what you're saying about pokerbros. That's interesting that you figured out what playerid's someone is using, I'm not sure how you would know, and it would be cool to do for that specific site, but it's not a feature.
