Any idea why the hud doesn't work on ignition weekly freeroll mtt?

Are you using the latest version? It's probably a windows title issue since their latest update. If you send a log or take a screenshot and send to support they can look at it.

Brand new to DriveHUD. Cannot get the HUD to appear in Bovada Zone games, and have only gotten 10 hands--out of maybe 100--to appear at all.

Any initial troubleshooting steps?

I just random saw your email to support. You had Ignition open first. You need to open Drivehud first, then your poker client.

For some reason my hud is dead. Doesn't load tables on any site.

Just wanted to drop in and say this HUD is great. Switched from WSOP to ACR so I can use it and purchased X-Ray to use with the HUD. Most valuable add on ever.

Hello, I'm new to drivehud using the trial. Running MUCH better than my previous hud but I'm having some issues.

I'm using Ignition with TableTamer. The HUD doesn't start for about 1/3 of my tables. If I close and re open the table it occasionally fixes the issue. Also occasionally the seating number isn't correct. Any known solutions? Also, is there a benefit to using this over Card Catcher or visa versa?

My best guess without seeing a lot is that your virus scanner deleted the hud.exe. I'd try temp turning your virus scanner off and re-installing. If that doesn't work, send a log to support through the support icon in drivehud. I'm guessing some file is missing if it's not working on any site all of a sudden.

TT may be causing issues. It has in the past. Try turning it off and see how it runs.

Your preferred seating likely isn't matching up with what you have set on ignition. Click on the settings button at the top right of drivehud and go to site settings - ignition. Check your seat.

I should say though that I played a session today and had a strange issue with the HUd not coming onto the seat position correctly. I think there may still be a lingering issue from Ignition's last major update. I'm going to be talking w/ the devs tomorrow about this. I haven't had any other reports though, but I saw this happen on one of my tables too. Just on full ring, not 6-max. Check your settings first though and let me know.

As far as benefit - assuming the last updates get worked out, DH is a lot easier to use and it's an all-in one solution. It's got some pretty cool included tools as well that make the review process very clean and easy.

I had one more question I forgot to include; Is there a way to make the hud display more transparent? As in easier to see what is behind the hud, chip stacks, pot size, etc.

Never mind, I figured it out the HUD Opacity

I should note, if you're new to drivehud, you need to make sure that you don't have two tables in the loading phase at the same time. It's just a limitation of that site. So load one table, once it's loaded, load your next table.

Yw... and scratch what I said. I pulled a customer move and I didn't realize I turned off preferred seating on ignition so my hud alignment was off. Just make sure it's set correctly on ignition and Drivehud and you'll be fine:

Is DriveHUD compatible with fast fold?

Do you mean on Betonline? It will track, but there's no HUD option for it. Is it getting popular yet? It has been dead every time we've checked.

No I mean in general. Was in anticipation of ACR's version of Fast Fold.

In general yes. If ACR adds FF we'll add support for it (assuming it's possible).

FYI. It launches on the 20th on ACR.

When it launches we'll look into the viability of adding support for sure.
