does DriveHUD not handle Ignition bounty tournaments ? Stats were tracking but the MTT isn't logged at all

Yes it logs those. You need to make sure drivehud is open before you have ignition open. If you had a HUD though, your results should be listed. You have Hero for ignition set as your player ID?

I do see it now after sorting the list of tournaments, but for some reason it didn't log my winnings. I also played and won a 27plyr SnG after this that it logged but didn't pick up winnings

ill try restarting it and ignition and see if that fixes things

Great HUD. My two recommendations to make it even better would be:

1) Show rake in reports (very important, people want to know how much the site makes off them)

2) Show Villains Hole Cards on Ignition when replaying hands instead of having to sift through the HH’s in the site one at a time.

I play on Ignition and I am still trying to figure out how to get pool tendencies. For example I play zone poker so it is anonymous/hudless. But I'd like to get pool tendencies for every position to help with my Solves. Do you know how to get population tendencies?

My Lenovo laptop is having some issue with it's wifi adapter is having issues and I get disconnected sometimes. When it happens I have to restart my laptop. When I do DriveHUD treats a tourney I may of been in at the time of the restart as a new tourney when I get back on.

Is there a way for DriveHUD to realize I am in the same tourney? Anything I can do on my end?

Doesn't happen enough to be a major problem and I can see I can manually enter buy-in, rake, money results etc so it can be worked around but was just wondering if it is possible to make it pick up where it left off.

so i'm finding that this HUD is generally malfunctioning almost every day in the middle of my sessions, and it's really ****ing annoying. to summarize, i'll have several ignition tables open and when i launch a new one, it doesn't attach the HUD to the new table, and instead resets one of my existing tables with the hudstats from the new table that i've just opened.

the card catcher never really used to do this. wtf?

there's nothing they could do at this point, but ace/DH guys are always super quick about updating with patches/fixes for hand capturing after site updates which mess with the file formats

I'm having trouble renewing. I paid for it but i didnt receive a new serial # in the email. I clicked the 30 day free trial and got it to work like that so i can grind now. Could you please help me retrieving the new serial # though please?

I think you should be able to see the serial if you log in on this page and click the Serial keys link located on the left.
