so i just duplicated a HUD with some popups in the original download but when i duplicated this one to like 9max then the popups dont show up except the heatmap? this was the newest HUD in the hud store(my own work actually but putting it on my 2nd machine)

Can you contact support through the DH logo and we can look at your log. I know there were some issues w/ the original HUD you uploaded, that's why it took awhile to post it, but I'm not sure the details on that. I know development would know. Maybe there's something else wrong with it.

I recently downloaded Drivehud, but refuses to open, I have been forcing its opening with CCleaner, but I could not use it for 10 days, I finally had to download it again and now more than ever it refuses to open, when this happened (the new download) I was not given an extension in my trial period, is it possible that they give me an extension in the trial period?

Contact support and ask. It sounds like one of your virus scanner programs is deleting files. You likely need to add exceptions to the HUD and drivehud programs in your security programs.

is there a way to turn off stats for hero of the player xray?
i have a massive pop up for my hero on ignition/bovada and dont really see a reason to have the hero notes in game anyway?

Does this track Ignition MTT or jackpot SNG results?

There's an option setting in x-ray to turn off notes for hero. In x-ray go to settings, uncheck the option to take notes on hero. To remove notes, just open any of your hands, and delete the existing notes and save.

Yes, both are tracked and results are entered.

Is there a glitch in the software when the PFR is not the 4bettor? I just 3bet some guy out of the SB with 99 (he opens from CO) and the BB 4bet me. I go to look at his stats a few hands later and it says he has a 0/26 0% 4betting frequency. Can anyone confirm,?

Don't think so. If you have that hand, tag it and export it as raw hand history and send it to support. They can take a look at it. There might be something else going on in the hand. Hard to say w/o seeing it.

Correct. But inside of drivehud you can just send a message to support from the support looking icon at the top right hand side. It will attach your logs as well.

Fyi, got the hand and we took a look. It's not a 4-bet. It's a cold 4-bet, or how other databases categorize it as a raise vs 2 players. So no other database counts it as a 4-bet either. We're adding a cold 4-bet stat, but most people don't really look at this since it's pretty rare that it happens. Just wanted to update you.

Thanks for the update! Oh I see okay that makes sense, there's a decent frequency of cold 4betting in my games (ACR). Do you think that should be a separate statistic? I feel like cold 4beting and regular 4betting have a loose although important connection.

Can You still only export one hand at a time? I have 20k hands I would love to export to PT4. Will this be possible with a later update? Thx!
