Hard to say what the difference is from the picture, but my best guess is you had disconnects during play with Drivehud. Accurate data with Drivehud or ICC is dependent on a reliable connection because Ignition does not provide real time hand histories. We've checked data captured with Drivehud and what ignition posts as results extensively because any site that doesn't provide hand histories in real time, you want to make sure the hand data is accurate. The same capture process is used in ICC also, and people have been using that along w/ IHC for the past few years w/o issues.

What would happened to the hands in the database that Drivehud collected if I were to use the IHC and import the Ignition HHs? Would it overwrite the hands?

Does it read in Microgaming HH's?

It won't import them at all.

Send support a log file though if you're concerned. We'll be able to see disconnects in the logs, or if there's some other issue.

This question wasnt related to my earlier problem. The reason i'm asking is because I want to review the hands that I have tagged with the hole cards. Is this possible or will it mess up my database?

Villain had AKo, I won the hand with a set of Qs and drive hud tracked it as a loss. I did not disconnect.

Can you send this hand to support (export as original hand) please? It's hard to say what happened w/o seeing it.

It's not accurate at all. How do I start from a fresh database?

Do you happen to know what version you started from? And did you run the migration when you updated?

Thanks for sending the log. If this is all zone, then maybe there's some scenario that isn't being covered since zone was put in. We haven't had any other reports though, which is pretty strange. I think zone has a decent amount of players.

I'll figure out what's up. But if you want to start over, then just uninstall drivehud and there's an option to remove all data. Check it. Then re-install. I'm pretty sure you just need a rebuild, but I'd need to have a developer take a look at your logs first.

I installed a trial version of drivehud in december. I don't remember running a migration when I updated.

It prompts you to migrate when you update to this latest build. There's several messages. You can manually do this from settings -> service commands at the bottom. It will take a while, so do it when you're not planning on doing a session.

I got your log. It looks like after 3 hours of play you had a disconnect and then it missed some data and couldn't recover. We also found a sit out issue w/ zone (not from your log, from mine). But there was an issue during sitting out where the last data wasn't grabbed, after you sit back in because of the table change. Thanks for sending those.

Not sure if this has been addressed, but any chance you can fix the AIEV for multi-way pots?

Example: Hero: $400, Villain 1: $400, Villain 2: $200. All-in on the Flop.

Lets say hero has 35% equity for the main pot ($600) and 70% equity for the side pot ($400). I believe DriveHUD calculates it as Hero having 35% equity for the entire pot.

I hadn't been playing at all for a good six weeks or so before the last few nights. During that time, my pro sub expired but I'm going to renew it later. It seems like you're finally starting to add a lot of the things that had so many of us excited in the first place. Population stats/data is solid gold.
