Ugh this is depressing was rlly considering buying this instead of using pt4, sent an email of my log and everything but drive HUD will NOT work on ignition casino on my comp neither will ignition card catcher HUD.

Not sure why this is help... maybe it's something internally wrong with my computer idk

How long should the stats rebulding part take? I left my computer on overnight and it was still on the loading screen when I woke up. I closed it, tried loading again and it's been about a hour now. I do have a decent amount of hands in my database if that makes a difference.

I think from your other post in the CC thread, you're trying to run it on zone, which there's no way to run a hud on zone. It will work on all other games.

It certainly shouldn't take that long. How many hands are we talking about? Can you send a log into support? You can open drivehud, hit cancel for the update, and run it later in settings.

I sent the log to support. I noticed none of my previously saved HUDs are in the new upload. Is there any way to retrieve them?

Okay thank you, hud seems to be working on reg speed on ignition but i can't even import the zone HH into drive hud?

So it's confirmed no HUD allowed on zone poker on ignition?

I'm told someone from advanced support contacted you and explained how to recover them.

I guess the initial migration, the folder permissions were blocked by your system, so it hung. I'm told they got this straightened out for you, but if there's still some issue just let me know.

There's some double 3-bet stats in the 3-bet section of the design element. It's a known issue, and won't effect anything.

so i am plugging away on ignition with tehe update version and realize that i cant put notes on people any more ....ok igntiion dont really need this in sngs....and the last 4hands dont show up anymore either either for hero or villain showdown hands? and the sng hud that i had made showed villain as nit with vpip of like 72? pfr 22? this was accurate before the update/beta...not sure whats going on there but liking the new designer!!!!! thank you!!!!!!

maybe a dumb question... does the trial version only support tournaments? I can figure out where to find the cash game info.

so is the sng2.0 support only acr or is it also bcp?

so I downloaded the trial and have a couple questions...

when I imported my hand histories all of my tourney info is blank (I know ACR doesn't provide info for MTTs, and it needs to be entered manually)... it also imported just random cash game tables and not all in my ACR hand history folder, so...

- how do I delete the hand histories imported and start from scratch?

Correct. This was removed and the other is a bug. It will be returned in the next beta build though.

It's the dashboard, which is your main screen that loads.

It's supposed on all WPN network sites. Note, it's not HUD support. Hands are not provided in real time for the 2.0 S&G's. You can download and import them though.

I did the latest update today and it's been sitting here for 30 minutes "rebuilding stats".

Hopefully this finishes and don't mess everything up

^^^ - Finally got it to work it took over an hour and I don't have any that many stats/hands

Is their a way I can roll this back? It just takes all my numbers and moves them on top of other stats and whenever I try to move one player if I do another it moves it back,etc...

This is incredibly frustrating but the other problem with this new update I can't see a player number (Ignition) or name (ACR) within the hud so when it moves them on top of one another I have no idea if they are placed under the right player making the stats worthless.

Please help!

It's a little difficult to make out what you're saying. I'm guessing you're having an issue w/ the on table HUD. As far as the player name / ID, you can just add the player ID Icon to any of the HUDs. We are adding it back in as a std pop-up on mouse over in the next build that is coming out today. So my advice instead of rolling back is just to update to this next build.

But if you want to roll back right now, you have to use the uninstall function for the beta build you did, and then re-install the full release version from the site. But again, I'd just wait for this next beta release.

Beta means there will be some changes, and I understand if you're used to things a particular way that can be frustrating. But trust me when I say when these little things are re-implemented, it will be much better and easier to do long term.

The easiest way is uninstall, and choose the option to remove all data, and then re-install.

does the full version offer any features the trial version doesn't?
