Thanks for putting in the long hours. I'm a Sr Systems Engineer by trade so I have been in those situations in the past and they suck for sure. If you need help with a fault tolerant solution let me know i'd be glad to help. Fortunately for me I am a much better engineer than poker player lol.

I appreciate the offer. I think we have a new system set in place. The main problem was we didn't have a regular 3rd backup process in place, but now we do. I'm not sure the odds of what happening are, but I'm pretty sure they have to be astronomically low. As someone who worked in the hard drive industry for almost a decade, I thought we had every precaution put in place. But apparently (and I just finally found this out), there was a fire at the facility. So we had a 3rd backup at a different site, but it wasn't totally up to date. But we're all good now.

License server is back online. Trial licenses are still having an issue. They are working on it, but they need a break. So those might be back online later tonight or early tomorrow. I'm pretty sure they are all exhausted at this point tbo.

I launched the client. I'm greeted by the window that says there's a 30 day trial. I click the trial button and enter my email address and captcha. Every time i click send it silently fails and prompts me with a new captcha. I tried probably 2 dozen times to no avail.

Do you have a trial or a paid license though? A paid license will work fine now. The trial, they are having an issue with one of the services for some reason.

Time frame is a little pushed back right now. I would have said the beginning of next week, but I'm honestly now sure right now. Like I mentioned though, it's high on the list.

PLO and PLO8 if you mean in terms of the HUD they are the same. We will separate these out in the near future though.

It does not support FL08. I'm sure at some point here soon though it will. Do any of these games run anywhere?

Thanks for getting the server back up and running and thanks for the update. I really like the new popups. The software is coming along nicely.

In the .514 build i still have the bug where if I even as much as right click on a player's hud (such as wanting to get the context menu to add a note for that player) the hud bugs out when the hud updates on the next hand. the hud for that player will move a fair bit away from where it was. Even if you move the hud back to its original location, it will move to again as soon as the hud updates after the next hand. It won't resolve until you leave that table.

QOL request: when adding a new field to the hud it defaults to the same font face as the other fields but it's 10 point unbolded where the default fields are 12 point bolded. It would be nice if the default was 12p/bold for new fields to save the extra mouse clicks. Not a big issue, but it would be a nice touch.

QOL suggestion: the first time i went to create a filter for certain hole cards i was confused because all hole cards are selected by default in the "hole cards" tab of the filters window but it's not immediately clear that they are already selected and trying to click on any of the hole cards doesn't do anything. IE they cannot be "de selected" by clicking on them. Zeeawk had to point out to me that I first needed to click the "select none" button and then select the ones I wanted. This seems like an extraneous/unclear step. After doing it once it's obvious how it works, but first time around it's anything but clear.

I was doing some hand reviews and I noticed that the size of the pot shown in the middle of the hand reviewer window was not always correct. In fact sometimes it was showing negative amounts. I haven't looked at it too closely to see exactly what the issue is other than to say i'm pretty sure the pot was not negative! To be clear the pot size at times was correct, but as i stepped through the hand it would go negative at certain points.

I'm not trying to nitpick. DH is already very useful. I'm just trying to help you guys make your software the best it can be.

Yeah, we're going to have some more pretty cool pop-ups next build, and the new HUD designer is going to allow you snap these all to grid and customize them really easily. I'm really looking forward to that feature fully being done myself.

tried posting a hand history on Cardschat and it looks like this. I used the export hand to cardschat tab, it said it was copied to clipboard then I pasted to forum. IDK what I might have done wrong or what is wrong.

I downloaded DriveHUD using this link and it says my trial period is over, FYI. Any way to fix this?

Yeah, it's a bug on their forum. I assume you clicked preview before you posted. When you do that, their forum removes some parts of the bb code. I'm not sure why. If you just post without hitting preview, it will post fine. Thanks for letting me know though!

First thing. DriveHud is awesome and I think it a great piece of software.

Now a couple of things I have noticed:

-While reviewing a hand history in the re-player, it does not show the stats for anybody on the table. I figured out that if you go to the specific players name and bring up the hand it shows stats at that point but rather see the stats for everybody at the table from my point of view.

-Wondering why names like P1_346280QG are in the selected player tab. Looks like it's from ignition players but it is populating a new player id for each person. It would be nice to have a way to group all of those together for certain stakes so you can get an overall population read.

I have been learning what can be done with DH and just like to give my inflation adjusted $.02.

Just played some ignition tourneys and stats are showing up in re-player just fine. Maybe it just has something to do with betonline hand histories.

with a little more investigation I have pinpointed down to only hands that I played on $.11 SNG tourneys on betonline (I have only played the $.11 and $.05 no fee SNGs). The freeroll hand histories work well. I believe it probley has something to do with the software not recognizing the game format at so low stakes.

IDK if nano-stakes SNG tourney problems are much of a priority but it's just something I ran into. take care

Just started using the trial for Ignition to use the HUD mainly.

Will it be possible in a near future update to create our own HUD layouts or move/edit current ones to different position? The Horizontal layout doesn't work as it it's over the timer, and the vertical one is better but there is no way to move ONLY the different pieces of stats around to better places for our own liking.

I'll like to be able to group stats together and move them around for different seats.
Also be able to move the Player Icon alone to maybe the other corner to be able to see player numbers too.

Also why not have multiple rows of the Vertical first 4 stats instead of that split of button and then text.

Basically give us customization options so we can design it and lay it out as we see fit in the designer window and will look that way in the tables later.
