Set variable 1 at some value that makes sense, for example 100.
Now attach variable 1 to each player's stack size, by going to the stacks menu (Ctrl+F2) and entering #1 instead of an actual number for the stack sizes.

For example, please see these files for a script that varies variable 1 from 60 to 150 with a step of 5.
If you go to the "Stacks" menu you'll find that indeed the stack sizes are
#1.
For every step the script makes, an unexploitable shove is performed, for which the EV is stored in memory.
At the end of the script, the graph of EV vs stacksize is shown (line 8).

PS: The .txt file is the script. Save it to the /scripts subdirectory for the software to detect it. You can then load it from within the script edittor.
