I don't own a Mac, so I'm not speaking from personal experience here.
But some Mac owners apparently dó get it to run with "CrossOver" or "Wine" I think.

Hey,

I have flopzilla on my computer but want to get rid of this computer and put it on a new one. Sorry if this has been explained elsewhere, but is there any way to do that?

Thanks

Just send an e-mail to support with your new computer's hardware ID and you'll receive a key within 24 hours.
To get the ID, start Flopzilla and select "register" from the menu.

Cheers,

Scylla

Is there somehow a possibility to get GTO caluclations for a 2player 1 street games ? f.e. you have a one street game where you have stack- and bet/raisesizes but you have no strategy at all for either player (like the maximum exploitive strategy w/o strategy for one player).

Not at the moment no.

Do you plan anything like that in the future ?

I expect it will be possible in about two months, provided that hero has at most two decisions. It may be possible to stretch that to three, but the computation time would be rather large. Anyhow, no promises.

i am playing around with the unexploitive shoving and have a question:

is it possible to put a variable before the checkpoint such that the unexploitive ranges get calculated for each input and shown in a graph?

bonus question: is it possilbe to do that with two variables, e.g stacksize and opening range?

killer question: are three-dimensional graphs (or fields) then possible, e.g stacksize, opening range and ev?

btw i dont mind letting my computer run for a few hours

Not at the moment, but I expect it to be available in two months time.

Again, I expect to be able to offer this feature in two months time.

I think 3D graphs would be a bit much, but you could always just run about 4 instances of the program running a 2D graph with different values for (for example) the stacksizes. I would actually recommend this, since, in case of multi-core processors, you'd probably get a significant speedup.

I'm looking at equities produced from PokerStove and CREV, and I want to make sure I'm understanding each output correctly.

I created the following hand

Hero: Qc7h
Villain: JJ-33, AQs, AcJc, AcTc, Ac8c, Ac7c, Ac6c, Ac5c, Ac4c, Ac2c, KQs, KcJc, KcTc, K9s, Kc8c, Kc7c, Kc6c, Kc5c, Kc4c, Kc2c, Q2s+, J9s+, Jc8c, Jc7c, Jc6c, T9s, Tc8c, Tc7c, Tc6c, 96s+, 8c7c, 8c6c, 8c5c, 7c6c, 7c5c, 6c5c, 5c4c, 53s, 43s, AQo, A9o, KQo, K9o, Q7o+, J9o+, T9o, 97o+

Board: Qs9c3cKd

In CREV, I had both players check an unspecified river. I've copied the output from CREV and put it next to the PokerStove results.

The picture is below.

Thanks.

I've just entered that situation and I'm getting the same result as pokerstove.
However, you'll need to enter the range string in the postflop menu in the "holecards" section (click the range button).
I suspect you've entered it preflop, which is not going to work since the preflop conditions don't allow for suits.
Suits can only be entered postflop since it's only at that stage that filtering for suits makes practical sense.

for trees of any decent size, it won't fit. you could take mutiple shots and stitch them together, but that's a pain...

True, but why would the developer add functionality aimed specifically at people who haven't bought his product?

i can't imagine a more effective form of free advertising. this is not the appropriate place to have a discussion like this though. this is a support thread. please just let scylla answer the question.

Why don't you just send them a savefile?
The trial version is perfectly capable of loading and computing those.
You just can't edit them if they're too large.

Ha, well I did post the save file in a thread.

My idea was that a lot people who don't use the program wouldn't bother downloading the trial just to view the file, whereas they'd easily click on a link to the tree image, then be like, "holy ****, this is awesome! i'm gonna download it"

HI is there anyway in the future to add the equity for the hands not in the filter so we can see how our equity fare vs the hands we fold out to find out how valuable our FE actually is. i know we can sort of do it by clicking the opposite of the filters but i think it might be easy and not hard to do to add a button that reverse all of our filters to see the hands we can chase out are actually worth while to do so
