These two options are mutually exclusive. "Go all-in" means that all other actions are removed, and the player only goes all-in. So you can only do one of the two at the same time.

The fact that it's not supposed to be taken does not affect the quality of the solution.
The solution is know for all hands, at all points in the tree.

There have been no changes there, so it's probably a coincidence.
The variance in how often certain things occur can be quite huge.

Re: CardRunnersEV

Hi is it possible to search through a database if you have like 1700+ flops solved and just want to find the same flop or one similar instead of having to scroll through and look for it. Thanks.

I understand. But the way I see it, even tho those options are mutually exclusive on a specific node, they are not mutually exclusive when you are building the entire tree.

For example, let's say I have a BTN vs BB SRP and I want to tell the tree builder "Give players the option to shove when the SPR is less than 2.5, but just go all-in when the SPR is less than 1".

Then yeah, on each node the solver would use only one, but when setting parameters for the whole tree it would be useful to use both.

Hope this makes sense

You can use the flop filters to look for a particular flop, or flop type. Alternatively, you can also click on the small triangle (below "Database" in the pic below) to sort the flops.

Re: CardRunnersEV

Hello!

When practicing against a solution, is there any way to start from different nodes?
For example; can I start the hand in the turn Cbet node. If I play BTN vs BB SRP and want to start the hand after Flop has gone Cbet, call.

Similarly, can I play a drill like above? Where I only practice Turn Cbet and not playing out the entire hand?

Thanks in advance and great software

You can use the "Drill" option for this.
Simply navigate the tree (on top of the interface) to the decision that you want to drill.
Select "Drill the current decision".
And start playing against the solution.

Press F1 to replay the hand, with both players drawing a new hand.
Press F2 to replay the hand, with both players holding the same hand.

Re: CardRunnersEV

Hi scylla, if I use 2 raise sizes on the flop in GTO+, then program chooses weird color and it's hard to see (raise and fold colors look very similar).
Example.
Is it possible to change colors?

To edit the action colors, go to the editor and click on "Edit action colors".
You may need to click on "IMPORT TREE" for this option to be available.

When drilling a decision point and the hand proceeds to the next street it doesn't make much sense to hit replay the hand because it won't show you the EV of your move. It would be cool if we could drill specific point (like Flop CB) and after your decision you immeadiately get EV results of your decision and the next hand comes

Re: CardRunnersEV

When we want to solve a database in stages, do we just pause the solver, save, then can continue solving the subset at a later date? Will it be saved as one whole database if solved in parts? Also, is there a way to merge databases?

Thanks.

Hi scylla,

Is it possible to have specific bet size inputs for in position player also(like there is 40p,65c etc for OOP player). For example, If we want to use different bet size IP when making a turn continuation bet vs making a turn delayed c bet?

Re: CardRunnersEV

Hi Scylla,

I'm doing analysis on flop subsets in excel, and the averages I'm getting for each option (check, shove, 33%, 90%) are not the same as in GTO+.

Look at this 28 flop subset for rainbow boards for check (some are cut off in SS, but they are the same). GTO+ is 27.28%, excel returns 25.3%. At first I thought it was cause the data copied is one more decimal place. But I copied by hand out the GTO+ numbers from the table (not data with more decimals) and averaged it there, and it also comes out to excel averages?

It appears that GTO+ averages are wrong. It's been like this for all my analysis today, but never before today.

Surely the software isn't making a math error, so what am I doing wrong?

Ok, I will consider more extensive options for future releases.

At the moment you can only disable them.
Adding an option to delete is not particularly difficult to write though.

Right now these options are only available for OOP.

The software also takes into account card removal and internal weights for trees.
So it's more accurate.

Yes, you can stop a solve at any time.
After that, use "File->Save as ..." to create a savefile.
At any later point you can use "File->Load" to load the savefile again.

For this, place all the files that you want to merge into a single directory.
Then, enter the code MERGE and select that directory.

Method 2
If the number of files that you're trying to merge is small, then it's also possible to:
1) Load the first file
2) Press the "Lock" icon
3) Load the next file
4) Go to 2
The lock icon will prevent a database from being cleared prior to loading the next one.

Hello,

Are there any plans to implement equity graphs like Flopzilla displays into GTO+? I have both licenses, but it would be convenient to have the graphs in GTO+ directly, like Piosolver has.
