so far i have a +.68 strategy by open shoving 35% of my hands with BB calling his top 20%......now i can make that +.68 higher by dropping some of the lower hands in my range, but StoxEV shows them as profitable on the pop up. what am i missing here?
Not entirely sure what you mean here, but it sounds like it could be due to card removal. For instance removing 76s would make it more likely for villain to hold 7x and 6x and such.
Incidentally, in the commercial version StoxEV can work out your unexploitable shoving ranges at the push of a button, so this entire process is automated. You just need to set a checkpoint where you wish to shove or fold (using F10 and then pressing the appropriate decision button) and then press the AI button.

I'm afraid I don't have the time, but I explain how to use StoxEV in the tutorial vids. See the link in the startup screen. Should the link not work for some reason, go to "help->video manual". The videos are hosted by
www.stoxpoker.com, and are available to non-members.
There's also a written manual. Again, the link is in the startup screen as well as under "help". Should this not work, you can manually find the files in the directory "StoxEVtutorial" in the StoxEV installation directory. Just double-click on manual.htm and your browser should load it.
