You can just run the installer file.
Your custom settings will not be overwritten.
Should you have any concerns, then just make a backup of the /config directory.

scylla, again I forgive me .. haha

Analyzing some 3bets pots I find that the range of conformed by Raise are the majority of Hands of the TP type or draws with enough backdoors. and only plays call very strong hands.

I can not understand why of this, generally the allins on the flop following the B-3B-Shove line do not find strong hands in both ranges.

What would be the logic behind this?

Yes, you can request a new key for GTO+ here: www.gtoplus.com/request-a-key
And for Flopzilla here: www.flopzilla.com/requestkey.html

The new key will be sent to you within a few minutes of your request.
If you need any help, then please send an e-mail to support.

Hi Scylla,

any idea when we can expect the newest update?

Thanks for your work!

I'm working on it right now.
It was supposed to be there yesterday, but there were some unexpected delays.

Hi Scylla, thanks for the new update. Do the weights of the individual flops in the standard subsets appear anywhere or is this information intentionally left out?

We seem to beat competing products by about 20%, so for the moment we're leaving it out.
We'll probably publish this data in about 6 months or so though, so it's just temporary.

I agree with maximex, love the idea of alternating the colors for IP and OOP. Much easier to see for me.

Hey Scylla, I don't know if this question has been asked before so forgive me if it has.

I am trying to solve a BTNvsBB spot and find highest EV sizing.

Pot is 5.5BB and effective stacks are 97.5BB

One sizing has an EV of 3.48
One sizing has an EV of 3.53

How much is the .05 difference in terms of BB's?

I'm not saying that it's a bad idea, and I'm happy to reconsider. It's just that at the time when we tried it, I felt that just using a single color made the trees easier to look at.

That would be 0.05 divided by the size of the BB.
So, for example, if the BB is 10 cents, then it would be 0.05/0.10=0.5BB.
And if BB is 10 dollars then it's 0.05/10=0.005BB.

Hi, I'm watching some training videos where CardRunnersEV is used. My question is, can I do everything on GTO+ that can be done on CardRunnersEV? Can I reproduce the results that I see in those videos?

Thanks Scylla, so there really isn't much difference then?

One more question,

I am trying to figure out flops where donk leading has a higher EV then check-calling. How would I go about that?

Would I just look at the EV of donking for let's say 33% Sizing - and then look at the EV of calling a 33% sized cbet from IP?

If you're watching a video on CREV then it's probably best to use CREV.
The GTO+ interface is not an exact match.

Yes, I would indeed expect that you need to look at the EV of the actions. You should look at the EV of the bet action versus the EV of the check action though (so not the EV of the call). Please do note though that if hands are moved from one action to another, the EV for that action will change. So if you're forcing IP to bet 100% then he will not achieve the same EV as when he had the freedom to choose where to assign hands.

Hello, I have a question to the "Go all-in if push less %pot" function.

I have create this example:

Player 1 stack size after Turn bet: 37
Player 2 stack before Turn raise: 47

The pot size after the Turn bet is: 30bb
So 100% of the Pot = 30bb

Go all-in if push less than: 100% pot. So if a push is less than 100% (30bb) then player 2 should go all-in.
But in this screenshot I need 47bb for the all-in.

So why is it going all-in? I mean I invest more than 100% (30bb) of the Turn pot. So I thought accordingly to my
settings it should raise only 30bb.

Looks like that I dont understand this "Go all-in if push less %pot" function. Can you explain me how it works?

At the start of the turn the pot is $20.
OOP bets $10 into IP who has a stack of $47.
If IP were to call this bet, then the pot would become $40.
If he were to raise 100% on top of that, then this would be a raise by $40 (which is the size of the pot after just calling).
With the current bet being $10, the raise would therefore need to be to $10+$40=$50.
Given that he has only $47, he has less than is needed for a raise of 100%.
For this reason IP goes all-in.

We're not necessarily as interested in a preflop solver. First and foremost, a preflop solver is very resource intensive, requiring a strong processor and roughly 100GB of memory. Almost none of our users would actually be able to run it. Furthermore, preflop heads-up is the exact phase where you would least need a solver, given that it's heavily read-dependend and your personal read and the historic data in your tracker is far more important. Should your opponent be of a quality where you would need to resort to non-exploitable play, then that may actually be a game where you're better off leaving the table instead of trying to outsmart him. It's particularly for postflop play where a solver has most value, given that there, for just about any spot, the historic sample size will be virtually non-existent.

Node lock is described in the first video here: www.gtoplus.com/videos
And the database feature is discussed in the second.
