Absolute is simply the number of combos that reaches this part of the tree.
Relative is the chance that a hand is assigned to a particular action.
For example, lets's say that 0.25 combos of AsKs reach a particular decision.
In 40% of the cases this hand will be bet.
In the other 60% it will be checked.
This will mean that in "Absolute" mode the Alt+W tool will show 10% for the bet action and 15% for the check action.
In "Relative" mode however, it will show 40% versus 60%.
