Hi scylla,

I've been having lots of fun and learning a ton playing around with your software for the past few days.

Today, however, the program will not load. When I execute the program the popup comes up to let me know the version will expire at the end of August, I click 'ok', and then nothing happens. I've also tried opening the program by double clicking a save file and run into the same problem. I've also restarted my computer and tried again as well as run the repair on the installer with the same error still.

Yeah sorry about that, there was a bug in the security and it stopped working today.
I've fixed it and reuploaded (www.stoxev.com).
Haven't changed the version number though, so it looks the same.

Hi guys,

I'm hereby releasing StoxEV 2.0.7 with a bunch of smallish updates.
I ran into a few bugs with the new hand strength options, so I'm posting this a bit early.

ICM now also works for the math engine.
Long overdue.

ICM conversion tool
Works for player fields and prize structures of any size. If both the number of players ánd the number of prizes is greater than 8 Monte Carlo is used for the calculation, otherwise the results are mathematically correct.

Some bug fixes
Surprise, surprise. The new handvalues with kickers had some bugs. Not unexpected and hopefully fixed. Stay alert!

Is it feasible to get a popup of equities like you have for EVs displaying equity of individual hands?

Already possible.
Press Alt+E while the popup is displayed and equities are shown.
The options that are available to you are displayed at the bottom of each popup.
For instance, press Alt+D to remove all -EV hands from a condition.

When I press Alt+D it removes all -EV hands on the popup chart, but when I go to run another simulation, those hands that were removed on that first chart will not show up on the second even if they are now +EV

Just putting a bow on it.
Some minor details, for instance the program crashes when you try to interrupt the calculation. nothing big.
I'll have it in a couple of days.

Was a LOT of work though ...

In the above image you can see that the -EV hands have been removed. Now if I tweak the opponent's ranges, stacksize, or betsize such that it is +EV to shove a wider range, those hands that are removed in the above image still don't show up in the graphic until I reboot the program.

I've heard of this happening w/ other programs, and iirc it had something to do w/ the user's cookies.

When you edit a tree the results of the previous run are still displayed even if they are no longer actual to the new data in the tree.
Just press F7 to recalculate.

Hi guys,

I hereby release 2.1.0 with unexploitable shoving.
Latest version can be downloaded from www.stoxev.com.

Unexploitable shoving works at any street and the results are extremely accurate (although sometimes very minor improvements can be found).
Calculations take seconds on all streets except the flop.
At the flop it takes something like 1 or 2 minutes.
Calculations work for cashgames as well as tournaments.

I've added an example at www.stoxev.com under "How do I ...: Unexploitable shoving".

After you've pressed Alt+D to delete -EV hands those hands are taken out of the condition.
If you want them back in you'll have to edit the condition again.
